Is calmcollectiveco.com Legit?

These rings ….. are epic … nearly five stars apart from I have lost stones in three of them and was sent a replacement for one (which lost stones on day one) which I am thinking may need a manufacturer error as this is only happening on one design and I have noticed the spins are not ‘spinning’ as much. It is the same in all the rings. However the quality in general and the beautiful designs are so wonderful. I have been using them regularly and they still look shiny and have a good colour. I absolutely love them and the customer service was wonderful. They are a quality company, with unique designs. Only thing is the gems and ‘spin’. I am sure this can be worked on. The styles are gorgeous and the gold rings really pop! Otherwise this small business is doing a fab job. These rings have also really helped me in meetings and with general ADHD fidgets! Ty !

I ordered a ring that was unfortunately too big, but Calm Collective were incredibly helpful with the return process and had no issue exchanging it for a smaller size. The replacement arrived just a few days after I returned the original, and I absolutely love it! The quality is excellent, and it’s exactly what I was looking for. Thank you so much!

Ordered 3 rings, no issue getting exchanged as I had measured wrong. Rings are perfect. Great service & communication from Calm Collective. Very good value too. Would buy from them again and highly recommend.

Gorgeous product and fantastic service! Ring was a gift for my teenager and a bit on the small side. Contacted Customer Services and Hannah couldn’t have been more helpful. Ring exchanged, no issue, and everyone is happy!

I contacted the customer service about my ring that broke. They replied to my email within an hour and Grace was lovely and friendly in her communication with me informing me a new ring was being sent out to me at no cost which put my mind at ease.

I got in touch after my order took longer than expected to arrive (likely due to slow EU customs processing, as it turns out) and Grace was super helpful and offered to resend my order. It eventually turned up within the week so that wasn't necessary, but it was great to know I wouldn't have been out of pocket if it had got stuck or lost.

Grace was amazing within 24hours she emailed me saying That my parcel was being resent which was brilliant to hear due to the fact that it was a present for my neices birthday. I can't rate this service and company enough so I'll definitely be using them again

Their customer service has been great from start to finish. When I ordered the wrong size Grace helped me through the exchange process and sent me the correct size really quickly. Their designs are also beautiful although I have noticed that the gold 4-bead ring has tarnished a little which is why I haven't given 5 stars. Overall though I am really happy with my experience with Calm Collective!

When I first ordered I got the wrong size because I measured wrongly. But it wasn’t a problem, I could exchange them for the right ones, and even change the stile.The customer service was really great - it was fast and went without any complications.Would definitely order again.

I’m so glad I found this company!After seeing their products on Instagram, I knew I had to buy one of their rings and I’m so glad I did. I’m a chronic skin picker through anxiety but also through chronic pain (if you can relate, you’ll know what I mean). Having the ring to fidget with has really helped. After running into a few issues, I emailed their customer service team and got an email back within hours. They were prompt with a resolution, sent me out a replacement and I received it within 48 hours. They really care about their customers and the ring is extremely well crafted and the design is so intricate and pretty. I get comments on it a lot! I’ll definitely be a returning customer - thank you!

I had difficulty finding the right ring size sheet measuring my finger twice but Hannah was very helpful. The constellation ring I got fits perfectly and it's such a beautiful and discreet piece I can just fidget with. I've also got a necklace to match too that I alternate between the ring and the necklace to match my outfit. Great company and I love that there's jewellery that look fashionable and are functional at the same time. I'm also very sensitive to materials used for high street jewellery but so far I've not had any problems at all

I can’t put into words how helpful and supportive Calm Collective’s customer service is! I bought my partner the new style anxiety ring (which she absolutely loves!) but unfortunately (despite the excellent measurement guides) I ordered the wrong size. Customer Service was so quick at replying and so understanding. They processed the return swiftly and send the new one out. Amazing product by an excellent company! Keep doing what you’re doing!

These rings are not only lovely designs but great quality as well. I didn't even realise fidget rings(or jewellery) was a thing, so for once I am glad for social media ads. Ordering is easy and delivery was quick. Instantly fell in love with the rings and they're a huge distraction from ruining my fingers. I then couldn't help but buy a few of the adjustable ones. I did have an issue with a crystal falling out of my first ring. I emailed asking if there was anything I could do to prevent anymore falling out. Grace was amazing and offered a replacement straight away, which then arrived within a couple of days. Highly recommend their rings and their customer service is the best I've encountered.

I originally placed an order and completely misjudged my size so had to return, the refund was issued quickly and the customer service team were super responsive and informative! I placed an order (for the right size this time) and I’m pleased with the ring! Good quality and cute design. I’ve been wearing all week to work and have noticed a difference with my anxiety responses, I used to bite my nails/skin all the time and this has really helped me.
