Didn’t send anything and don’t reply to anything

Ordered 8 items on 17 June, all were said to be in stock. No communication after 2 weeks so emailed to query progress - ignored. Still nothing after 3 weeks so emailed again - ignored. Opened a claim through Paypal - that was ignored as well! Thankfully Paypal found in my favour and refunded in full after nearly 4 weeks. Such shocking rudeness from this seller, totally unnecessary. Awful people.

Receiving these plants has made me realised what shaby service and poor quality plants I have received from other on-line sellers. Order No. 20224448 A small order of two ‘in stock’ plants of osteospermum jucundum costing £13 plus £7.50 delivery placed over a month ago on 15/5/22. I have never experienced such poor customer service when buying plants online. I had one reply to my first email, promising dispatch on 6/6/22 but when the plants were not sent, my two following emails were steadfastly ignored, including the requested cancellation and refund. The website promises so much. They are different. The human touch, family business ‘growing the community,’ Talk to Us etc But they can’t manage one tiny order or have the courtesy to explain why? I never leave reviews and have given them every opportunity to put this right without resorting to bad feedback but now would leave a zero star review for this experience if it were possible. They took my payment on 16/5/22, one day after the order was placed. I’m talking to my card provider today to try and cancel/ refund from this end as Calamazag aren’t answering. I won’t be buying from this company in the future.ONE HOUR AFTER LEAVING REVIEW, I RECEIVED A CANCELLATION EMAIL BUT NO EXPLANATION OR APOLOGY. I RECEIVED THE REFUND 24 HOURS LATER.
