I ordered the Bella necklace and it was held in customs in Canada for such a long time that it appeared to be lost. Caden reached out and looked into it and then sent a replacement necklace which arrived without any issues. The necklace is stunning and I am enjoying the comments I am getting on how lovely it is. Gorgeous green Paraiba Tourmaline coloured stone & the complementary pair of earrings that I was also sent are simply stunning. I love them both, thank-you so much! I placed an order for two necklaces. The company reached out before they even arrived to make sure I received them. Unfortunately, they were delivered to my neighbor's house, which was no fault of the company. They were quick to help me locate the package and I was able to get the gift in time for my daughter's birthday. I found the company to be helpful, responsive, etc.

After a couple of months of wearing my Bella necklace, I noticed that two small gemstones had fallen out of their settings. I wasn’t sure whether Cadena could help..but how wrong was I! I contacted customer service and they said that these stones are stuck on by hand so there must have been a human error, and offered to send me a replacement! On top of that, I asked if I could possibly have it in a different colour and they kindly accommodated my request.I love my Bella necklace, and the Cadena customer service is top-notch!

This brand has superior quality products but the customer service is even more impressive! I received a defective product since their designs are hand set in but Jake was super quick in sorting out a replacement. The entire process was a breeze. I’ll be coming back for more pieces!

I just placed my 2nd order. First order was for the beautiful bella necklace in red. I got that (and earrings gift) about 7 weeks ago and have worn it constantly-showers/workouts etc - with no issues of tarnish or wear. I think it's really beautiful and just ordered another color as well as one of the chains. Sooo excited to not have overpriced plated jewelry that wears quickly, or to have to spend a bunch for solid gold. I'm in the states and received my first order quickly. Excellent customer service too when I had questions. So far I am a fan!

Obsessed with my jewelry from Cadena... was a bit skeptical about it tarnishing and going green but have just come back from my holiday and have worn it in the pool every day and it's still in perfect condition!! Glad I found this company before I started my Christmas shopping... !! xxx

I’d like to edit my original review. After some initial confusion due to another customer’s FB comment on the Cadena page, along with receiving an odd FedEx bot email with rogue links, I suspected phishing & that I had been scammed (this has happened to me before from an instagram vendor so I was vigilant & even researched Cadena prior to purchasing). However, my alert response to suspect scamming from this business was mistaken on my part. Cadena reached out to me with empathy to assure me that they are legitimate and my goods are on the way and have sent me several updates at each stage of shipping. They are a small business who have shown themselves to be upstanding in their dealings with me, so I don’t want my initial review to harm their reputation in any way. I’m awaiting the goods so haven’t given 5 stars as yet, but if the quality of the item is anything like their service then I’d say it’ll be a 5/5. Thank you to Rachael & Jake on the Cadena team for their kindness and excellent service.
