Is cadadesigns.com Legit?

This company is a disaster! Do not do business with them. Linda can't even read an email and she is customer service if you want to call it that. It is more the total lack of it!!!

This person is a con-artist - they send bad product and will not get back to you for returns. I have contacted "Linda" who keeps checking the warehouse. What warehouse? This company should be turned to better business bureau - they don't deserve one star

This company does not deserve any stars. We as customers have the right to return a product that does not meet our expectations. However, their return policy is crap because I sent so many emails and in the end they force you to keep the product, which is not fair. Be very careful, this company will end up stealing your money because in the end you will be left with a product that you will never use. They have the nerve to offer a coupon to justify themselves as if I were crazy for buying from them again. It is really disappointing.

This website sells fake products and does not honor their refund policy. I would never shop here again.Response to reply: This product was not a genuine product. It was a fake Ralph Lauren product that the company does not have the right to sell. I will never shop here again. Further response: Linda is a scam artist. If you do buy from here with a credit card and you get scammed like I did, you can dispute the charge with your credit card company. It worked for me.

SCAM, over two weeks and never sent anything except excuses, now have to dispute charge to get my $$ back. Check their feedback on Google. Nothing but negative reviews all pretty much same complaintUPDATE: Even running a scam in their reply. Never responded until now five months after my initial review here. What a joke these people are. They already were forced to refund long ago…. BUYER BEWARE!

I ordered a ladies luxury tee shirt with gucci on it. Size M They sent me a child’s size shirt that won’t even go over my head! 15 inches across the bust!! When trying to send back it’s obvious they do not want to cooperate. Turning over to Amex and contacting Amazon! Sad to cheat people! Is this a Chinese company?

I purchased the Denver Broncos logo wrapped in Christmas lights with a Santa hat for my Christmas loving die hard Broncos fan. I had to have this shirt but the reviews made me so skeptical that I actually ordered the same shirt from a different company. They were both delivered today. I had no problems with emailing the company for an update, they answered impressively fast and delivered before they thought! I would not hesitate to purchase from them again. Nice quality shirt too. Now I have 2, one to wear one to launder. She will be ecstatic!

My beautiful Taino Inspired Canvas!I was searching for some Taino inspired art work for my new kitchen and dining room. There is not much out there that celebrates the culture that doesn’t look like a souvenir. I found your web site with the most perfect Taino inspired art. Let me start off by saying I did not know that this was a furniture home store. I saw a lady’s Tshirt online that I really liked, so I ordered it. I received it today and it is two sizes too small. I thought because it was shipping from California, that it would be a regular 2X US size. I was wrong. It is not. Looks like a size Large. Very disappointing. This is the first time I didn’t do my homework. I don’t even know if This company has a return policy. I’m just gonna keep this $35 T-shirt and use it as a dust rag.

Actually, zero stars. I ordered 2 canvases with song lyrics printed on them. I was never given any preview, nor was I notified when my order shipped. The lyrics were so poorly laid out, with sentences running into each other and no punctuation. Linda replied to my email that they would not offer any refund or exchange, and that I could have customized the layout myself (even though there was no option for this). Horrible customer service, horrible company that does lazy, unprofessional work.

I ordered a George Strait song canvas which looked like it was done with neutrals on the website but when I received it a couple of weeks later it was actually feminine pink and burgundy colors. I reached out and requested a return or exchange and Linda responded that there would be neither. I feel duped.

Two weeks after I ordered I received an email stating that the product couldn't be shipped and 7 to 10 days I would receive my refund. When that didn't occur I sent an email and they replied saying they were having trouble with the payment gateway and I would receive it soon it's been 67 days now and no response. So buyers beware no one should order from this company

The rug that I purchased from Cadadesigns is a beautiful round rug with a pond design. There are fish in the pond of all colors. The rug is fabulous and I cannot believe the price! Their customer service is excellent.Take a look at their rugs, they are unique, creative, and affordable.

I reconnected with my love from the 60's. I wanted a gift that reflected our love and our history. She loves Neil Young's "Harvest Moon" and that's how I found Cadadesign. I wanted to customize it in a memorable fashion and Linda patiently emailed with me throughout the process and assured me that they could do exactly what I wanted. I was nervous when I opened the box because I wanted this to be the perfect gift. I was in tears at how awesome it was and how the Cadadesign team did exactly as I envisioned. There are others out there that may do this, but I can tell you first hand, Cadadesign and Linda are the absolute best!!!!!!!!!!!

Item was of poor quality. Communication between seller was good but they did not offer a solution of any kind. They wanted me to order a different item that I might have liked better, of course that would have been another sale for them. No Thank You! Will not do business with them ever again. I recommend ordering from Amazon or EBay because they force the seller to stand behind their product.
