Is cackle.co.nz Legit?

Site seemed a little off initially so was hesistant. Purchased a dell pen. Was considerably cheaper than dell website and expected delivery far sooner. Was delivered in two days and email correspondence was fast and polite. Definitely will use again. Thanks so much.

I had never shopped with Cackle before so was a little apprehensive, but I'm happy I did, their service is seriously impressive. I ordered late on a Friday afternoon (4:06PM), my order was confirmed and shipped on the same day, with emails keeping me updated along the way. I will definitely shop with them again.

The cables could definately be longer, my two employees are pratically conjoint twins with the dual training head set. Also, it would have been nice if the USB connectors of the headsets did not have custom moulding. Becuase of this we couldn't solve the cable lenght problem ourselves. Initially our Mitel phone system would not ring when the cackle was plugged in but eventually we solved this. It is a good short term solution but I would not like to be using this as a permanent solution to ongoing training

I contacted Cackle enquiring about a laptop. I spoke to Joseph Huang who was so friendly and helpful. As stock was not immediately available, he checked arrival date and then contacted me to confirm one is set aside for me for that week. Wow! Lap top arrived in less than a week. Joseph's communication was outstanding and his customer service surpassed my expectations! I will certainly recommend Cackle and in particularly Joseph for his help every step of the way. And a big bonus, the laptop was $400 cheaper than other quote received from elsewhere, I am very pleased with my experience :)

2 days before lockdown, working from home and my headset failed.. couldnt find the one I needed, most suppliers had no stocks.. I am eternally grateful for your immediate response & urgent delivery. Thanks so much. Highly recommend Cackle.

they sent the item fast w/ invoice in a couple of days.like any other retail store, so definitely NZ based.not to sure where the bad ratings are coming from?, these guys are hardly worse than any other retail group, so far id actually recommend them over big names such as pb tech.

This is what happen,i rang up yesterday Tuesday 9 March,in the afternoon,and asks for parts to my Blue tooth head set,the next day before midday day they arrived by Courier,it was very good an truely quick services by the people at Cackle Telecommunications,and this is the firsts time i have doubt of them,i could not believe the good services i receive and that,s even over the phone,good on Cackle Telecommunications.i hope they all do wellCheersJohn

I thought I had laid out what I needed fairly clearly, but the responses I got required me to ask multiple times to remind them I had a multiple headset type setup so expected those to be considered. Instead of saying "They don't make a cord for that" the answer should be "They don't make a cord for that, however you can use this one for this purpose"

The conference phone purchased would not work on the Vodafone VDSL (just installed).We spent 2 hours of calls to Cackle and Vodafone before it was identified that we need an adapter.I would of assumed (hoped) that in this day and age that it would of been simple 'plug and play'.Nor was this questioned or highlighted during the purchase.We are still waiting for the adapter and so still waiting to see if it actually works.

Great rang of product and after support. Cackle is IT hardware supplier for my work and it is very convenient. Definitely recommended over PB tech and other hardware supplier as Cackle has better product rang, Price and Customer care.

I was unable to work out what was required and what would work (compatible) with our brand of IP phones, so called in for assistance. Got the most helpful person on the other end who made the process very easy. He was friendly and absolutely knew his product. The service really was outstanding - Thank you!

Very responsive service. Had a little trouble with the website as I chose to pay by credit card but it went directly to sending out an invoice to pay later and couldn't go back to make a change. However, very speedy response via email to remedy this and take payment.

I have dealt with Cackle many times over the years and consistently receive exceptionally great service. Karen is always courteous and conscientious. Her communication is above and beyond and she is always ready to help when I am confused (which happens a lot lol)

We received what we ordered within a short time of the order being confirmed an email was received within hours of order and another received when order was dispatched.Product as ordered and working as described.All in all a very effective service from start to finish.

Terrible service.Put an order through, then received an email stating they made a mistake on the price - asking me to pay more before they send it.Unwilling to pay for their own mistake.Do not recommend
