I ordered birdseed from byziv and it never arrived and there was no communication. I am now trying to get my credit card company to get involved to get my money back.
I ordered 3 cases of dog food on February 20th and have not received yet as of today March 1, 2023. I have asked for a tracking number for order and get no response. I check my credit card and it is listed as OPCHR PORTLAND OR and under the details of the charge it is listed in spend category as Religious Organizations. I believe it must be a scam site. Good luck with getting your refund.
I ordered cat food on February 19th. Never received it. Attempts to contact customer service failed. At least I used a virtual card number.
I placed an order at byziv.com for cat food on Feb 25, 2023. It has never been received. I received an e-mail confirmation with order number, and a tracking link to USPS, but no tracking number to use with the link. My credit card was immediately billed for $56.84 (the purchase price), but the billing was identified as "OPCHR 9048879495 OR" and labelled "services" rather than "merchandise". Attempts to contact byziv at their published number 860 222-9654 never connect, and they're "support" does not respond to e-mail inquiries. This looks like a total SCAM to me.
Wow. My story sounds exactly like all the others.. From this site I ordered three packages of t-shaped water fountain filters for my cats water dish. My debit card was immediately charged of course. I did receive an email right after I had placed my order that said my order had been received and was being processed. In the email they gave me an order number in what looked like a proper invoice. That was February 21st. It is now March 21st and I have still heard nothing. I emailed them on March 9th regarding not having heard anything or receiving a tracking number or any kind of confirmation regarding my order and I actually DID get a response back! However it was basically the same exact thing that was in the invoice. They told me again that my order was received and was being processed but didn't answer any of my questions regarding when it might be filled or shipped. So i responded back to that email saying I wanted a definite answer on when my order would be filled within 3 business days or i would begin to dispute the charge and again, as of today March 21st i have heard nothing! Luckily I only paid $21.84. Regardless, I'm in the process of disputing the charge with my bank. Also, in case this helps anyone...This is what showed up on my credit card. OPCHRHTTPSWWW.FA OR. I noticed that others had posted that on this site so in thought I'd do the same in case it helps anyone out. So ending verdict: DO NOT order from these people. TOTAL SCAMMERS!!
