Is bymollie.com Legit?

Ive purchased two co ords from ByMollie so far and both have been incredible, ive had endless compliments & the material is amazing!

I placed my order on a Tuesday and I paid extra for next day delivery as I was going abroad on the Saturday (I live in London but my location says Greece as that's where I am currently). The package arrived a few hours after I had left for the airport, so I paid extra for nothing.I contacted customer service via email and Instagram several times, but no one ever answered. I honeslty don't understand why they have such amazing reviews.

Completely scammed my friend, the item fell apart before it was even worn, the company took ages to reply then asked her to return it, when it arrived they emailed her saying it was outside their returns window and won’t be actioning the promised refund. Now ignoring her

Have just had a bad experience with this brand from start to finish, once placing an order I had to message the brand several times about an update on my order as I had received nothing in 2 weeks. I was then told it was “preorder” which wasn’t stated when I ordered the item. The item did eventually come but was clearly drop shipped from Ali express. When I washed it before even wearing it, it fell apart in the wash. I contacted the brand about the issue and was left on read, I had to message AGAIN to get an answer, I was told I could return the item as it’s faulty, I returned the item and got an email saying my item couldn’t be returned because it’s faulty and out of the return period, even though when I messaged the brand It was out of the period and was given the go ahead for a refund, I have heard nothing since and I’m fed up with the constant lack of communication from this brand, never buying from again

The item came in good time however when opening there was a very strong smell coming for the piece of clothing. I would have also liked for the item to have silicon lining so it doesn’t fall off of me. However the item looks very nice on and once washed the smell went away.

I needed an outfit last minute for my nans birthday brunch and i contacted mollie personally on her shops insta page for help with sizing and also shipping the outfit on time. She was the loveliest person I’ve ever spoken to!! So professional and helpful! And to top it off the outfit was gorgeous and of amazing quality ! I will definitely be buying from here again. X

Amazing customer service, really quick and thoughtful replies & also willing to help with any queries. I ordered the beige puffer jacket as well as the vegan black jacket and I LOVE THEM. As soon as they came they were on and worn. With all the restrictions in place, eating outside with that beige puffer keeps you nice and toasty. Highly recommended this brand, I will stay a future shopper :-) thank you mollie xxx

Ordered a dress from here which is really nice and flattering. Such a good reasonable priced store, with lovely clothing. I did have a few complications with the delivery as Hermes first told me they lost it but it eventually did arrive. Every time I messaged bymollie, about my complications with the delivery, they would always get back to me straight away and try to sort the problem out.

I can’t express how amazed I am of this company. The quality is amazing, looks so so expensive, Mollie is simply amazing, she answered all my questions, got my order shipped the same day, received it in less than 24 hrs - I’m so happy with my purchase and I will definitely order again; not to mention she uses sustainable bags and the branded touches on the item are just dreamy. Well done, Mollie - all the luck for your company, you’re doing brilliant !

Honestly my favourite brand at the minute! just like Zara at a fraction of the price i could genuinely have everything! The lady who runs the business is super friendly and goes above and beyond in her customer service messaging me when items are back in stock, I feel like she knows my style down to a T. Could not recommend enough and cannot wait to shop again :)

Great service, I have ordered a few times, when returning an item the store was extremely helpful when i messaged - they were really responsive to messages and my refund came within days. Just recieved another order and I love it, shipping is fast and the items always look exactly like the website. I could not recommend this shop enough!

I ordered two dresses from bymollie and the quality of them are absolutely amazing. I always struggle to find dresses that aren’t see-through and I’ve finally found a company that are amazing quality and within budget! Will definitely be ordering again!!

I had received a skirt from by mollie and it had a hole in the back of the skirt near the zip area, and I message them to let them know and showed them the problem. And they messaged me back straight away with a sincere apology and they offered me next day delivery with a brand new skirt. And showed me the skirt they was sending out to me to confirm that it had no holes on it. What an amazing company and fantastic customer service. Would definitely recommend and I will be shopping here from now on 😀 thank you again By mollie.

Website is easy to follow and delivery was quick! Had an email pretty much straight after my order confirmation to say my item was packed and ready to be shipped! Will definitely order again!

fantastic customer service, as I was local I was able to collect order which was a massive life saver! Unfortunately due to outfit not fitting I was able to get a refund which was so straightforward! Fantastic quality of clothes and will definitely be ordering again! 10/10! :-)

There isn’t even the right amount of stars for ByMollie. The products, the shipping time, the customer service, everything is exactly what I look for in a business👏

The sizing runs heavily on the small side. I’m usually always an 8 -10 in tops and the size small in this top was a whole size too small.
