Bought a new fridge online and had it delivered free of charge the very next day! Fantastic service.Price was extremely competitive compared to other retail outlets for the same fridge and wait times with the these retailers for delivery were at least a month.

HelloI bought a Samsung TV from you 3 years ago. Today, the screen went black and only sound is coming out. It’s turning on and then off again. It’s not functioning properly. Under Australian Consumer Law, it is reasonable to expect a Samsung TV to last for more than 3 years.I’d like a replacement please.I’ve emailed and no one has replied.

Great ExperienceBought a 32" TV for displaying our photos on in the family room. Far cheaper than a digital photo frame.The price was the cheapest ( $100 cheaper than a major online appliance store). Service and delivery was fast and efficient. The tv was delivered by Couriers Please - from NSW to Melbourne eastern suburb - at no charge.I'd certainly buy from from Buy Smarte again.

First time buyer and wow! Bought a soundbar and the whole process was great. Yes I’m always skeptical of buying online but we’ve had problems with equipment from local stores so sometimes it’s just bad luck. The soundbar was at least $150 cheaper than other retailers and works great. Delivery from Sydney to Newcastle was very quick and no damage thanks to Couriers Please. Take notice major electrical retailers - don’t complain about online sellers taking your business when your sales people don’t even TRY to sell your products to potential customers.

This is a smaller chain I believe and I initially went to them based on price but hand on heart, John the man who not only helped me with my decision but was incredibly helpful and communicative when I needed more information. I cannot recommend this company enough. Unlike the larger chains they just went over and beyond in their service. I won't be going anywhere else from now on. Just for the record I bought a Samsung frame TV. I have no relationship with this company whatsoever.

Cheaper than retail. Quick easy purchase and delivery. I was kept up to date with every step.No issues with buysmarte but the delivery company (Cope) didn't phone when they said they would, delivery guy was happy to just dump the tv at my front door for kids to carry in and didn't take my old tv even though I requested removal of old tv.

A great discovery - as long as you are happy with the restricted range.Purchased TV auguat 2022. Far cheaper than those 2 companies that advertise on tv and the delivery was quick as well (ordered Sunday night delivered Wed).

I’m very happy with the 65 inch TV I bought from Buy Smarte. They have the lowest price and they have delivered it on the 2nd day. They send regular delivery notifications with clear expectation of what time it will arrive. And very friendly delivery service too. Great price & service. Received detailed communications every step. Was asked preferred delivery days, received confirmation of day with a 2 hour delivery window. Even received a call from the delivery truck when they were 10 minutes away. All in all couldn't ask for a smoother process.

LG Tv that I ordered arrived on Thursday morning, ordered Sunday morning from South Australia. Had to pay 118 dollars for delivery, but TV was 400 cheaper in buysmarte than anywhere else.

Scored a super bargain from Buy Smarte! 3k TV down to 2.3k and only $100 extra to deliver (I'm outside metro area). JB couldn't even price match!ONLY complaint is the shipping company didn't organise a time to drop off the TV until they were 15mins away. Would have been nice to get a call 8am saying they'll be there around midday.
