I initially purchased a Windows key from BuyDigital. When I installed it, the key was reported as already used. Assuming it was a fluke, I purchased a second key, which also failed stating it had already been used. BuyDigital sent me a third replacement key for the first key, but it too was reported as already used. Thinking the problem might be the customers PC, I reloaded a fresh copy of Windows and purchased a fourth key. While checking for the fourth key's email, I received another email from BuyDigital with three more replacement keys. I used one of these 3 replacement keys instead of the last one I purchased, and it finally activated Windows successfully.This entire process cost me 10 extra hours of work, including backing up and restoring the customer's data and other software. It also made my customer wary of my skills, which was frustrating.Although this experience was far from ideal, I recognize that it might have been an unusual situation. I have revised my original 1-star review to 3 stars, giving BuyDigital the benefit of the doubt.I will use their service again.

I was frustrated at the beginning due to having an unfortunate event, perhaps the code doesn't work for my region, due to different world regions, who knows but they stand for their name, and they responded for the product that sold or your money-back guarantee, I give the credit for that, I am very grateful that all the issues have been resolved and done. That makes this a trustworthy company.

I was really skeptical to give my money to a site offering such cheap versions of software. But the software I wanted was less than 12 bucks, so I figured what the hay, I'll roll the dice.I was pleasantly surprised.Within minutes I received an order confirmation email (always a relief), and another email with the software download link and license key.I had already installed the OS, so I just entered the license key and voila! It accepted it and it works perfectly.I'm still leery of sites like these, but, in this case, it worked out, so I feel obliged to share.

Something changed with Credit Card /Payment process

I confess that I was initially very skeptical, but I took a shot in the dark. To cut a long story short... these guys are amazing, and I'm talking about a customer experience that had some friction: the first key I received for a Windows 10 OEM didn't work at all. It had already been used. I tried emailing support (with low expectations) and the next day I received a solution in the form of a new, perfectly working key. Crongrats for the service and thanks!

I am always leery when I am using websites I don't recognize to purchase. However, I got the code and installed Windows 10 with no issues. This was a really good experience.

The crap doesn't work and I can't get anyone to reply to my emails even after stating I would be reporting to get my money back from paypal. I think giving a 1 star rating is too much. All I want is for the product I purchased to work as described by seller. Is that too difficult to expect these days?

No BS - instant delivery of licence key and hyperlink to Microsoft site. Took longer for the software to download than complete the transaction and receiving product from vendor.
