Is buycheapphones.co.uk Legit?

Was scheptical, but price was good. Wasn't sure it was legit BUT got phone in post in under a week with no import duties at an EXCELLENT price. Very happy, would use again if i need to.

Ordered the flagship Sony Xperia Vi special edition . After 4 days had a refund with no explanation.Email and form contact has no response at all. I noted there were 2 versions of the phone with different spec.i ordered the second , more expensive version. Again, after 4 days a refund with no explanation.Whilst very glad the refund works, the service of buying a phone is non existent

Good and honest service, you get what you paid for and paying only for what you want.

Took a while to ship from hk but received my order and was able to track. No issues

Company gives it's incomplete address as Gatenby Close LE5 IGU, which is a residential only area. Their website says they are Hong Kong based and all products are shipped from there. Their website also says you only have 7 days to return the product which ignores the legal requirements for any UK based business to include in their T&Cs for mobile phones and most other products as specified in the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Be aware!-5 stars would be ideal to have as an option for this company.Complete scam! Ordered phone, and after two weeks of delays and excuses which seller put to Easter holiday(order long before) a completely different item delivered worth nothing!Refusing to send a courier to pickup and even tried to harass me with messages.Avoid at all costs!!!

Ordered Sony Xperia 1 V on 8th of December, had a couple of emails back and forth to confirm address etc. and phone was delivered on 18/12.Very well bubble wrapped, arrived in perfect condition.Fed Ex initially estimated delivery 21/12 so it was early!Great communications throughout from Agger at BCP

I recently bought a Xiaomi 13 Ultra (global) from BuyCheapPhonesUk - it's been perfect. I used the online chat briefly to confirm something, had a quick and helpful answer. Took the gamble. The item arrived in 7 days without any customs issues etc. Frankly I would have used a site I've used before, but they didn't have the green global version in stock. BCPUK did and I went for it. Don't be alarmed by the lack of reviews or the perhaps slightly less professional looking website than some others - this is a legit place to get your gear from. They accept paypal payments for that extra peace of mind. Would use again and would recommend to anyone reading this review. Faultless

Like another reviewer here, I was a little apprehensive it was a scam site. I was also sceptical of the fast delivery claims. Turns out, I needn't have been worried at all.I placed the order on Thursday night, and had it in my hand Monday afternoon. Shipped via Fedex.I was so impressed, you'd expect that kind of sale-to-delivery time from a domestic seller, never mind a company shipping from Hong Kong.I'm not a review leaving person, but I would really recommend these guys.

The handset I wanted wasn't available in the UK. So had to buy from overseas. Cheap Phones UK was selling it at a good price, though I was dubious with it coming all the way from Hong Kong, with a contact address from Leicester! I took a chance after checking out other people's reviews and ordered the phone on a Bank Holiday Monday, phone arrived the very next Friday with FedEx with email updates from the sender, fully tracked from the start. Phone is perfectly as described, even sent a UK adapter for the charger which wasn't in the deal. Very happy customer.

Very surprised on how fast the phone was delivered especially considering it was during busy christmas time, it only took 4 days to arrive. Also the best price I could find in the internet for sure. I was a bit skeptical about ordering from this website as I've never heard about it, but it all went well and surprisingly quick. However, ordered on 3 May, received first confirmation of shipping on 5 May and the phone arrived at my house in Scotland on 9 May. The phone is perfect - comes with a UK plug, and is clearly brand new.Well done and thank you - expect a returning customer.

Ordered Sony Xperia 1 VI on the 12/09/24, arrived for collection on the 17/09/24 (tracked all the way). Saved quite a bit as well!Even though its a .co.uk web site and they give a UK address it was sent from Hong Kong with no import duties.Thank you very much

I ordered galaxy flip 5 at £655 when I ordered it it was in stock a few days later I was informed it was out of stock and they have taken my money anyway!!!

I was a little skeptical at first, due to the fact that a 256GB Samsung s23 Ultra was going for £800, but I ordered it anyway. Took a little over a week to arrive and it was in fact the samsung that I payed for, in genuine, sealed packaging.

I ordered my phone on a Wednesday and it was delivered, bang on schedule, the next Monday...in the morning!I wasn't charged any import duty (but ymmv on this).The phone was supplied with a European charger but that isn't a problem as I already had an adapter to plug that into a UK mains socket.The phone I bought was a Xiaomi Mi11 and I bought it during the time when it had been launched in Europe but Xiaomi UK was still messing around not launching it here and not even telling UK customers how much it would cost here. The price I paid was less than the Sterling equivalent of the Euro price. And based on what I've seen before I expect the UK price to be higher even than the price charged in Europe.
