Is buybestgear.com Legit?

The bike was delivered within a few days. Despite the sturdy box, one mudguard arrived slightly dented, and BBG offered to send a free bike lock as a compensation. Assembling the bike was easy enough with the tools provided.

A few days before receiving the bike (received 10/07/2024), BuyBestGear sent a warning email asking to neutralize the battery because of a potential danger. I followed the instruction and now i have a useless bike, an i'm still waiting for a replacement 18Ah battery. I don't understand why the battery is not sent yet (11 days since the warning email). Time given is 25-35 working days after the package is sent so i'll have to wait a long time). For the moment i'm not happy at all. EDIT 23/7/2024 :Thanks for the response and for the tracking link which confirm i wasn't forgotten.I'll wait for the new battery to give my opinion about the bike (Vakole co26)

Probably the best bike I have ever owned Engwe L20se, purchase was straightforward with quick delivery. Good value for money, good quality, buy one you won't be disappointed.

The Bicycle has some problems... the battery life is not as advertised, but everything could be regularized with just a greater attention to the project. The gear change does not support the choices made and sometimes changes by itself... the battery lasts about 60 Km even in pedal assist, and the height of the saddle could be lower by 4 cm simply by reducing the height of the frame in the hole for the saddle. As for the battery it is only a matter of choosing which battery is best on the market...

I ordered an Engwe L20 SE on 4/6 and it was meant to arrive between 12/6-20/6. Today is 20/6 but it's still stuck on "Order ready". When I've contacted Buybestgear they've let me know that it's in transit, but I haven't got any more information. I had to pay in advance and it's a lot of money. I wish there was better information.Update: After this I finally received a message saying it was ready to pick up. It was meant to be delivered to my house. All in all the information could be improved. I’ll see the bike on Monday when the pickup-place is open again.

Honestly I'm absolutely happy for my purchase, the bike is better than how I expected, I didn't have any problems yet, and I hope it stays like that 😚🤞🏻I waited maybe too much until it came to me but it's ok , it's already past. It says 7 to 10 business days but it came after 32 days, but now is here and I will enjoy it every day.

Simple order process bike very well packed, simple to put together, also love all the gadgets it comes with especially like the free helmet! The range is also excellent, only downside - it really is a bike for tall people I am 5’8” and I am on tippy toe at the lowest seat setting. But other than that very happy customer.

These w******s sold me a bike with a few manufacturing defects, do not want to take the bike back, have sent parts to the wrong address, they turned out to be the wrong parts too. Their policies clearly state about issuing a refund when there is an issue with the motor which there is. They expect me to carry out repairs myself like I can become an ebike mechanic over night and fit parts that do not even solve the issues. They've taken my money and given me a defected product which they take next to no responsibility for. I'm taking this further so that I can get my money back from this greedy rip off company. Cold communication and contents of most of the emails often ignored. I regret buying a bike from here so much but after some legal advice, they will regret stealing from me.

I like the product, the stabilty and the comfort. i didn't like the fact that i was forced to refill the mineral oil for the rear brake becasue it was not working properly. I'm just little bit afraid of it becasue i don't know how it was possible that a new bike can come with a problem at the brake. Anyway now i adjusted the the brake by refilling the mineral oil but the customer service didn't answered to my last question.

My order arrived in just a few days. Have tried it and I am very surprised of its performance, super fast and stable. Easy to assemble and well packaged. The bike is heavier than I expected it to be 31 kg. The negative is its seat is a bit too high I am 1.70cm and my feet can just touch the ground.

buyworstgear thats what they should be called the bike is nothing as they distributed online cheap material made with the pedals are bendy and is impossible to fit them because they send you the bike not installed like IKEA you have to do it your self

All went well, bikes were delivered at the confirmed dates. Only one thing is that the two bikes were apparently mixed up. We were expecting one on the confirmed day and the other a week later. Then, after the first one being delivered, we left the house and then the courier stood at our doorstep the same day. Outcome is that the 2nd one was delivered a week later, bur still as planned

Beware they are a scam and THEY DELETE BAD REVIEWS! I ordered the Bezior xF001. When it arrived the front fork was completely crooked, to the point that the wheel couldn't be inserted into it. I emailed them and it took weeks before they sent UPS to come get it. Now it has been 3 weeks since they have received the faulty item and still don't have my refund back, they are not responding AND they have DELETED ALL MY REVIEWS!
