Is buyandship.ph Legit?

since 2020 before pandemic starts, ive ordered several items from laptops to small things. but one of my high value order/transaction was LOST, the release of iphone14pro max 256gb worth 80k pesos was lost thru their service. they keep insisting that they not received my item in their warehouse. i used USPS to delivered it to warehouse in U.S.. since then i never ordered again from them. they will never value customer service

Ang nagustuhan ko kay Buyandship is yung low and transparent na structure ng pricing nila na wala ring hidden fees. Kaya dun pa lang sa website makikita mo na agad babayaran mo. Their pricing calculator helped me to decide whether i buy the item or not and also mas nama-manage ko yung budget ko.

I found the item I've been eyeing for years, online abroad! Since it's not available locally, I was over the moon when I found it in Thailand. I immediately shipped it via Buyandship, and as usual, the transaction was smooth. Shopping overseas with BNS put my mind at ease. Forever thankful!

Bought from Japan they shipped to HK then could not ship to PH because one item is prohibited. Did not inform earlier before shipping to HK. Bad customer service. Won’t refund. Weight they charge is heavier than actual. Don’t ship with Buyandship.ph. Just don’t.

Buyandship has the most transparent platform amongst all forwarders and couriers. They only charge by weight basis and with all the customer reviews you can tell alot come back for this service. I am one of them I have tried at least 20 orders already no issues. Highly recommended!

The fastest and lowest air shipping fee in the Philippines I've tried so far! Got my shipment for around 2 weeks lang. Excellent customer service. And they have a private FB group with thousands of authentic customer reviews, people in the community are so helpful too! I'm in love!

Authentic customers in their mobile app. Best experience so far for shipping service buying from ebay, amazon, weverse, rakuten. They have 13 locations worldwide for you to shop from. They have this buyaholic page where you can see the products being shipped.

predatory behaviour if you let them combine shipment together and there's a single item that cannot be shipped you can only either let them throw away the item or have a courier pick up the ENTIRE shipment. instead of just that item. and ofcourse no refunds. do not ship with then beware of this scam company. also they won't tell you there is a prohibited item until you combined the orders already.

Do not use this service!!!! They only allow Filipino payment methods. Even credit cards have to be from the Philippines. They have PayPal but it is broken and they will keep your items because you cannot pay. This company is horrible and customer service does nothing except tell you to find another way to pay.So this went from a 1 star to a 2 star because they ended up allowing me to use my US credit card but it was quite a hassle.

Excellent customer service (the agents answer quickly and assist with problems), very cheap shipping fee at 300 pesos/pound. It is also cheaper to shop here as their warehouse address is located in Oregon so there is no additional tax versus shopping in California. There are some room for improvement such as expedite shipping time and too many restrictions (i.e. liquids, CDs/DVDs, etc). However, 2-3 weeks shipping time is not bad already because they are the cheapest service around.

Not a professional forwarding service for fhe Philippines.If you can't stand poor customer service and slow processing of your package, please avoid using this service.I tried to use them to compare with other service provider and by far this is the worst experience i had.

I've been using Buyandship for a while now and it's been great for buying products from overseas that aren't available here in my country, the shipping fees are reasonable and the shipment time is fast! So far okay sya for me.

Overall, magandang choice si Buyandship for Pinoys who want to shop online from overseas stores. They offer low shipping rates, a wide network of warehouses, free consolidation and storage, a convenient platform, and excellent customer service. Super legit! Salamat ulit Buyandship!

Everything is great. The agents answer fast, the items arrive safely and for the price, they arrive relatively fast. Good concept, too, with shipping from around 10 countries and the possibility of consolidating everything before shipping to PH. Only downside is thag they don't take photos of your parcel, so you won't really know which one is from a certain seller, especially if you have multiple shipments in one warehouse. Also, in their Facebook group, negative comments are immediately deleted. But all in all, would recommend this.

Worst customer service! Seriously. I have used them more than 10 times until they start going downhill with service. Philippines customer service never cares about your concern. They will never apologize to you. Instead they will make you look like you are the one at fault for complaining. The customer service named “Egg” cant even proofread message before sending it. Choose another courier. Kango/ shipping cart provides better service that this forwarder. Very very disappointing. One of my shipments was damaged because of too much resizing they did on the box which cramped the item. I sent them an email about it and they just said “oh let me take note of your concern”. Thats it. They dont care about your item. They wont even offer to investigate what happened not escalate it to management.

I've been talking to their customer service about an issue regarding my orders which are delivered. The tracking has been changed because my items are "not declared" based to them. I've sent them screenshots of the item with the original tracking number and the response I get was "Please use the tracking that BNS provided" So how in the hell I'm going to track which order has been delivered if you will not document the tracking provided by the seller? They won't even listen to any suggestions and they really don't care at all. Also, be careful posting something negative on their FACEBOOK GROUP or PAGE. They will delete it and remove you on the group. That's why you won't hear any negative comments or suggestions because they always delete it.

I like their fast delivery and fast answers from their customer service. They have many ways to earn shipping credits too! First sign up you get to have 200 credits. Not bad! No membership fees as well. Hope it will stay the same. This is the best, affordable forwarder so far.
