Is butterflies-eyecare.co.uk Legit?

Due to my blepharitis problem I bought the Blephastream from this company and find it is of great help with my eye condition. It really helps. It expensive but better than anything else you can buy on the market. The team at Butterflies are brilliant and so helpful. Particularly James. Highly recommend this company.

Called in to enquire about quite an expensive eyecare steam product, rather than just telling me to buy it they put me on to the optician who did a mini consultation and actually encouraged me to go and try a few home remedies before committing to the £350 purchase. Can ask for more integrity than that.

Don't normally complain but am really disappointed with Eye Care high tolerance mascara. Needed 3 coats to even look like l was wearing any after ages to dry between coats and then to be told l'm looking like a Panda was the last straw! Waste of £15

Butterflies were brilliant. I had to exchange an order due to me ordering the wrong colour (be careful to double check before confirming!). A quick phone call to them and they arranged a delivery that arrived the next day. I returned my unwanted item and the refund was in my bank account a couple of days later. Mascara is great too. East to put on and no allergic reactions. Thank you.

As a new customer, I am so impressed by this company. They offer a lovely range of products for eyes, especially useful for those that suffer from things like blepharitis and dry eye. Omega Eye for my eye condition helped me so I have decided to subscribe regular deliveries which made the product more affordable (highly recommend). When it turned out that the subscription didn't go through as expected I phoned customer helpline and received not only good explanation as to what went wrong but also my order was dispatched the same day and I have received it the following day together with a little chocolate and sample. What a lovely touch. It's not very often these days that I get surprised so nicely so thank you very much. I will recommend you to all my friends and everyone I know.

Purchased the Eyecare Foundation - absolutely over the moon. I have serious eye allergies which make my eyes water and my skin sore and red as a result. Just worn the foundation all day - goes on beautifully - covers well- and no problems. Thankyou!

I have been using Butterfield Eyecare for 2 years and am so impressed by their service. I order drops for my dry eyes and without fail they arrive within 3 days (sometimes sooner!) Thank you for great service. Often I get a small gift. Most recent gift was a Christmas chocolate.

I cannot argue with the 5-star reviews - as far as customer service is concerned. It is excellent. I regularly purchase EVOLVE REPAIR AND PROTECT eye drops, which I have found to be the best available. The contents are worth 5-stars, however, the 'dropper' on the end of the bottle is awful to work. Despite the instructions supplied in the box, I have such difficulty in getting the dropper to provide one drop. I have squeezed very lightly/slightly more/medium pressure/squeeze like billy-o, before finally the bottle parts with a drop. These are the best drops I have ever tried. Neighbours and my builder now buy Evolve Repair and Protect (on my recommendation), but they too find the dropper difficult to work. Drops - a genuine 5 stars. Dropper - 3 stars, and that's me being generous.

I am regularly ordering Can-c eye drop for my dog (anti cataract). Every time I contacted their customer service with different questions like expiry date or etc, they have replied to me asap. Also in a occasion I ordered with free delivery then realised I need them for the next day! so I contacted them and they send t to me with special delivery free of charge! I am so happy with their service.

They have an excellent custom service! I wrote to them every day during about two weeks and they always replied in about two hours, this is incredible, never seen such a service in France where I live. WOW WOW WOW!! I've been struggling with my eyes for over a year and not been able to wear any makeup. In between letting my eyes rest, I tried many different popular brands that claim to be hypoallergenic and everything kept causing my eyes to have flair ups. Today for the first time I wore some of butterflies eyecare makeup and was amazed and comfortably able to get through the whole day without my eyes itching, burning, watering and freaking out on me!! It washes off really nicely too. I am so excited and relieved to finally have such a great product that actually works!! Thank you Butterflies eyecare makeup department for such great products. My day was made today!! X

Got charged customs in Ireland when my order was 100 euros value, their website states that no customs will be charged upto 150 euros , the customs letter which came to my house had 169 euros value because of 2 free products inside it, so around 60 euros customs.

Ordered some eye drops from here they were dispatched promptly and their customer service was excellent!! Will be buying from here regularly.

I discovered this company quite bychance whils trying to find waterproof mascara that doesn’t sting my eyes,make them go red and puffy and downright uncomfortable,I prefer waterproof mascara so ordered their’s in brown(not an easy colour to find).Thought it was a bit expensive but if I could wear it,it was worth it.Boy,what a difference!The mascara made my lashes look thick,didn’t irritate and didn’t budge if I cried,or whatever mademy eyes stream normally.And it came off so easily when I removed my make up at night.I also ordered their bi-phase eye make up remover-much cheaper than the one I’d been using for years.This company has a vast range of eye,skin and make-up products for thosewith eye conditions,allergies,skin conditions etc.The mascara lasts ages.I recommended it to a friend who hasn’t been able to wear mascara foryears and now she’s a fan.It’s a wellkept secret,but I hope more people willget to know about this company and it’s much needed products.
