Jeff has been terrific to work with on our travel plans. He helped us evaluate different options and booked our flights for significantly less than we could find on our own. He was patient, resourceful and very helpful walking us through all the information and data entry.

It was a pleasure working with Jeff. He was quick in getting the info I needed to make a decision. Also, he was thorough in finding the best prices for my itinerary. Jeff is a true travel professional.

Adolfo was excellent. He was knowledgeable about our options and prices for the best fares. As first-time business class travelers, he even provided pictures of the seats. We were impressed by how helpful he was in taking us through the process and making sure we understood the documents and procedures.

Getting emails and texts fro "Emma" was both confusing and then irritating. "She" apparently is an AL generated flight agent. My travel agent was very non-specific with the suggestions for flights. I want specific times and costs before making a decision. Since this was the first time I used this service I had a lot of questions that at first were not answered. I felt pressured to make a decision. Then once I agreed to an itinerary, suddenly all these extras were requested of me, potentially increasing the cost by $500. My final assessment will be made after the trip in October. BUt I continue to get almost threatening emails and texts from Emma saying she has tried many times to contact me. There are NO calls on my phone.

Yana was very informative and not pushy. She made excellent suggestions for air travel and I decided to use her. The only reason she missed the 5 stars is that she never discussed the fees before hand. The fees made the purchase more expensive than purchasing the tickets directly from the airlines. The tickets were the same price there were no hugh discounts as advertised.

J. Bizon is awesome. He helped us get flights for a very difficult trip combining business and pleasure with multiple stops, different countries, different airlines, etc. He worked tirelessly to make a difficult trip go smoothly and followed up to be sure everything was correct. Jason used a combination of cash and points to get to a creative and priced just right outcome on business class fares for me over winter holidays. I have used him for peak holiday travel bookings when other travel agents and Amex Travel/international program do not come through for me. Will definitely use him again!

Jeff stayed with me through many adjustments to my schedule, always calling back when he promised. I saved about $2000 on my round trip flight to Tokyo, but had to get myself to Vancouver BC, which cost me some airline miles. Their travel insurance was expensive, so I found my own on Squaremouth.com for less than 10% of the cost of the flight.
