A total waste of time with this supposed "company" for a simple change of address. They keep asking for the same document time and time again. They do this on purpose so that you call their premium rate phone number where you are kept on hold and then automatically disconnected after 3 minutes!I can't understand how a company like this is allowed to operate in a supposedly law-abiding country like France.

I was told I did not submit all the documents, although I did sent all of them. In my case I have sent front/back copies of my valid Slovenien ID (permanent, EU ID). So I sent them again and the third time I sent the passport images. It would be more helpful if the first two times I was notified the reason why my valid ID pictures were not acceptable (although it says that you can provide valid ID).
For the foreign people, dont pay any company and go to website of ANTS to do it by yourself, i paid this company and didnt get anything from them. Even no response to mails
Quite straight forward, I made a mistake and could change the document easily, considering I’m English and still managed to make it work, top marks.

I had the great misfortune to ask this company to change the name on my carte grise I was not aware that they were a private company as there web page gave the impression that it was a government site how ever that is not the worst of it. They proved impossible to contact repeatedly ask me to reload papers told me there was a problem with the original carte grise and that ANTS had rejected my demand for the new carte grise yet the ANTS site was telling me the carte grise was printed and in the post they continued to say there was a problem even though I was in possession of the new carte grise. Think carefully before using this company you can do it yourself on the ANTS web site it's cheaper and less stressful
