I sold a 5 sovereign coin to BullionByPost and this was a seamless swift transaction. I believe I was paid a fair price for the coin. The other benefit of selling to BullionByPost was that I did not incur any: hidden fees; marketing costs; and I didn’t need to haggle. Extremely helpful and professional telephone contact. I sold two half sovereigns and a quarter sovereign. I advised that my “1911 King George quarter sovereign” was in fact made in the Middle East and he knew all about these coins and told me the scrap gold content would be fine, but a bit less than 22 ct. Gave me a revised price after receiving the coins which was better than the initial telephone quote. A painless process.
