Great to start working out with. Thanks to Ethier, I went from being a deskplant that had no endurance, nor strength, nor mental stability while being very overweight to a gym lover that finds his peace while working out, that lost 30kg in total.Although I had to switch to a gym that checked my posture and everything - their work out plans are solid to prepare you for the real workouts. It's a little expensive but it has the full package to help you get into the gym. From routines to decent explanations on what you need to focus while doing the exercises and even bonus sections about not to fear gym intimidation.I think I can thank them for discovering the ability to live a better life.

I signed up for the premium plan - lean. I was never able to login to their website. I received an email that said click here to verify your email address. When I clicked the link, it went to a dead website. I contacted support. They responded pretty quickly which is the reason for the 2 stars, but they were never able to resolve why their links they were emailing me for my plan were going to a dead website.

Worst service. Expect to wait over a month to get a response, and then they say they are contacting someone else to message you, but you never get an email back. Also, don't bother filling out the questionnaire; it serves no purpose. They just provide a basic generic workout you can get from YouTube for free

I lifted weights from the 1990s through 2015. Off and on. There was never an actual programme one could find or use. Magazines are and were unhelpful. Short of hiring a CPT, there was no means to find something to work from eating to lifting that covered it all. This does. Jeremy provides a good programme and does a brilliant job of explaining everything. His YouTube are also a source of help, which is how I discovered the programme. I'm about 100 days in and the overall improvement is astounding.The bad: Perhaps due to my age, but I am no fan of bringing my mobile to the gym. It is, though, necessary as one's weight training schedule or plan is a PC programme. Google sheets done on MS Excel. This I cannot abide! It is fiddly and unfriendly when working out especially if one has the shakes after a set. One wrong move and one risks the chance of changing the cells or entire sheet! Jeremy, if you or anyone else is reading this, please ditch this antiquated form. It is time for an actual app! These cost near on nothing to create for Apple and Android.Next, The start. Prior to working out again, I was eating about 1600 calories per day to maintain. This programme wanted me to start at 2600! And this would have been for the first 4 weeks! The programme only asked for my height, weight and current body fat. Nothing about age or current diet. After 100 days I am presently at 2400 calories per day. 2600 per day for a month would have put several kilos of fat on me. Not good!The final negative thing: Facebook. FFS! If one has a question or concern, the only route is asking a group of strangers whose only experience is themselves. I paid 120 Euros for a solid programme and diet advise but with an old user-unfriendly database sheet and help from non-experts. Hmmm...Would I recommend BWS? Aye, I would but only if one has some prior knowledge of weight lifting and diet or had done some reading on the matters. There are some small hurdles to clear, but worth it after a short period of time.... and patience with that bloody Google sheets.
