This company is a joke, we have paid 420 pounds for a service that not only has not provided any value, but the value that it should have provided was not delivered, when you get a surveyor it's because you assume that he is a profesional and that he will look into any possible issue within the house. Our house was a new house, built in 2016 it was just 5 years old, at the beginning we were thinking, why to spend 500 pounds for a survey, the house it's pretty new, it's not worthy, but then we say, okay, let's go for peace of mind, they are professionals so they will look into the house with the professional eye. We received a report, a pdf file that was around 50 pages long with a bit of big letters, of those 50 pages 40 pages was useless repetitive information, writing that is either not related with the house or was generic phases, general considerations, as I was reading I was shocked, I was losing my time reading so much useless writing that had nothing to do with the house, everything that was real writing about the house it's about 10 pages, as started point this was something that it disappointed me. The report did not mention to be anything wrong with the house, it was good news, the house was in good condition, and I though okay, I have paid for a report for a house that it's almost new, and I haven't got any value, fine, but the big shock came when later we found 2 wrong things with the house that you don't need to be "an expert", "a surveyor" to spot them, AND THE REPORT DID NOT MENTIONED ANY OF THESE, I was furious, I paid for a report of 50 useless pages for a new house whose work of surveying it should be pretty easy and nuance issues as simple to spot this man Jonathan Higginton did not spotted, I was furious, disappointed, I paid for a report for a "professional surveyor" and this is actually the kind of things that he should have been able to spot, this is his job, so not only it was useless but the job that he should have delivered he didn't delivered. The first thing was a stain in the master bedroom, the kind of stain in the ceiling that appears for a water licking, we have seen this 1 week before we did the completion of the house, I called him this man Jonathan Higginton, I explained the situation, notice, this is his job, this is the kind of things he should have seen, I called him, he was the most disengage, not open to help, his answers were very simple, as dry and empty as the report he had writing, rather than having a attitude of I will help you Luis, let's see what we can do, let's have look into this specially now that the completion was due in a few weeks, "I am full of appointments, I can't go there". Total frustrating experience, very incompetente surveyor, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PEOPLE After I contact them complaining they decline to take any responsibility, just in line to this irresponsible attitude. I will look into escalating the issue
I contacted Building Surveyors North West Ltd regarding an RICS Level 3 Building Survey. From initial contact, through to the final pdf report - the service was professional, prompt and very efficient. I have no hestitation in recommending Building Surveyors North West of Claughton-on-Brock.

How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen?
