At the last minute, just when we urgently expected their order to arrive, they e-mailed us to say they were canceling it due to a "system glitch" with the artwork. I looked on their site and the artwork was there and it was perfect! They were making a BS excuse. I called, and they REFUSED to expedite a replacement order. “HORRIBLE ESPERIENCE.”

Received expensive metal holders and NO SIGNs. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. Don't waste your money. I called support services and after 3 times, and 2 orders, they did NOT SHIP my signs. Second and last order from this company. Once again they missed the delivery date. Don't bother calling the company for information, they are ALL in a team meeting. “Unfortunate change in the way this business runs.”

Over the span of many years (10) I ordered license plate signs for for a horse rescue with custom names and backgrounds for each horse which were saved in my account. If the signs got damaged I could simply reorder. My account was erased completely when they changed their system. No warning just gone. They said to give them time and all would be transferred but after 2 years and multiple calls nothing. I spent endless time, money and effort and donated these signs and they could care less about returning customers.

No way to edit the order or cancel it until I could fix it. Chatted online, no one answered. They said we will contact you when we are open again. They did not. I tried chatting again the next day. One of the worst companies I have ever worked with. Poor print quality, damaged and missing products, terrible service, and no customer loyalty. Buyer beware - take you business elsewhere and give you money to a company that appreciates it.

They do not stand behind their products. The sign started delaminating after 3 weeks of being posted outdoors, spring weather, with no excessive heat or cold. He helped me realize my vision, and was honest and forthcoming about things that didn't work well. Their customer service is great! Service

Their previous website was great. But the new ownership/management installed new software, and lost my 6+ custom designs. Then I tried a new sign, and then delivered only one, when I had paid for two. And it was not per my design (red areas were to bleed to either end of sign)! “Stay Away”

Don't expect any help from Customer Service. My package arrived damaged, immediately called to report the incident. They requested a photograph of the damaged product. I sent it, and have NOT received any response or returned calls or emails

“Do not order from this company”

I ordered a bumper sticker in May 2019 and still have yet to receive it or a refund! I've emailed them 3 times about the issue, along with being charged $8 for shipping when it said free shipping! Extremely disappointed that I counted in getting this as a gift and it never came!

First batch of bumper stickers came out perfect. So I went to reorder more. Didn't edit anything, just clicked reorder. The bumper stickers came back all messed up and worthless. Asked to return thee stickers and get a new batch made, since it is there fault not mine that they came defective. They said I have to pay for shipping and will be charged a 20% reprint cost. Wow..

“Street flag”

Horrible! Unfortunately you have to give at least one star, 2 more than they deserve! Very poor quality, emailed them about the quality and they put the blame back on me saying that the image i sent was poor quality, the same image that all of our marketing material is made from without any issues. Stay clear and spend a little more, there is a reason the price is low but way to high for the product that is delivered!

Response from artwork team is absolute trash. Days between responses. Empty promises of expedited orders due to them dragging their feet. Expected times on the site enticing you to use them is simply lies and false advertisement. *******% will never do business with this company ever again and wouldnt suggest you use them either. If you have weeks and weeks to wait, maybe but with so many other viable options out there offering the same service, Id recommend giving anyone else a shot as this company is more concerned about reeling you in with false expectations and delay after delay. “Misrepresentation”

DREADFUL company to do business with. Placed an order under an offer stating it would ship within 24 hours. It didn't. It's actually been several days over the final ship date and I still haven't received my order. This company must not take its business seriously given the low rating it has and the slew of negative comments as to other customer experiences. I wish I would've looked into this company more before placing an order. I will go to the company I used prior, as I had no issues. Steer clear!

“They won't take responsibility for order printed wrong.”

I used these guys for some real estate signs. They came and looked just alright. The printing resolution is poor and lines are not very crisp. I was okay with this, but the riders I ordered did not fit the frames as they cut them 1/4 inch too long. I ordered new ones, never asked for my money back (it was only $18) rather simply asked them to be sure and cut to the right size. This started a conversation with them where they did apologize for the wrong size and offered a rebate. When the new signs came the graphic was enlarged. I did not send them a new file, but rather just duplicated the order I had made prior. They then argued with me in several emails that it was not their fault that the new file was a different size. I DID NOT SEND IN A NEW FILE. Their customer service is terrible. They argue with customers on faults that are theirs. Their printing is poor. Their craftsmanship is shoddy. I do not recommend them.

I submitted my own design for a banner and was unaware that the pictures I used had to be of a certain resolution. They called and let me know they were somewhat pixelated, I chose to use them anyway and you can barely tell. “Bad customer service”

I ordered 4 signs because they tell you get some saving, but never imagined that the signs where single sided when I specifically indicated it was a real estate sign. I called and asked explained this to the agent that attended my call, all he did was to transfer me to another department which was to get rid of me and not having to deal with the complain on the order, which I was very nice about. I am calling and calling and no one is getting on the phone. Stay away from this company

“Great Service and Sign turned out great!”

I created a sign but had a few issues. Called in and got great customer service! The gentleman that I spoke with was very helpful and made a few changes for me and it turned out great! We got the sign just in time and it looked excellent! The only trouble we had was the sign would not stay on the sandwich board. So as you can see we had to add to it - along with a weight to keep it sturdy. Overall a good product and wonderful customer service. Tip for consumers:If creating your own sign call in before submitting. “Okay quality, poor customer service”

Received incomplete order, but packing slip said it was complete. Called and was told order would ship out 2nd day air. 4 days later, order still not here. Called back, response is "oh yeah, we cancelled that". No call, no email, nothing. Now its supposed to be shipping Ground, but she can't get me a tracking number "for at least 24 hours". This is just poor customer service.

“Beware Vehicle Magnets cause damage to paint!”

I ordered truck magnets. When they arrived we put them on a clean truck, only to find when we took them off less then two weeks later they had damaged a perfectly good paint job. They damaged the clear coat and made the paint bubble. The company had there excuses about why this could have happened, putting the blame in us. Then they wanted to refund half the cost of the magnets, and do nothing about the damage there item caused. I just want to warn anyone else thinking of buying there car/truck magnets, because if I had known it was gonna cost me hundreds or more in damage I would have never have put them on a vehicle!

This is one of the most marketed businesses for custom signs on the Internet, so I chose it mostly for the exposure. Nonetheless, I still placed a small test order to see the quality of their work and level of customer service first. Sadly, I was disappointed in both. Here are the pros/cons of doing business with this company: Pros - Professional web site with easy to design customization of product - Fast delivery Cons - No automated e-mail was sent confirming my online order. I had to request it. - Product ordered had uneven borders and distorted text - No reply to two e-mails over ten days to correct the situation (yes, checked my SPAM filters) Conclusion - Skip this business and try one of it's many competitors.
