Is buddyboss.com Legit?

I was unsure if the tech team would be able to solve my issue as it was very specific to my site, however, they quickly took on the task and exceeded my expectations! Happy to know that I can count on them for both their quick response and their knowledgeable team.

I've never made a review here before but the people who run BuddyBoss are so awful that I came here to make sure they get a one star from me. Terrible company, terrible product, you will regret your purchase. DO NOT BUY.

I've got fast replies from support, and often they provided solutions or feasible workarounds. Most complex issues take longer, of course. I would like to see an enhanced version of ideas submission and release management, with the possibility to see new features or proposed evolutions in a more granular way - currently we clients can see a gross-grained buddyboss release&update plan.

Shagor was very helpful and supportive, was fast in handling the ticket request, and fixing my site issues with priority, and even went as far as making an overview video. Overall, happy with the service...

Scammers. I cancelled my subscription but they were still going to charge me. I only found out because I didn't have funds on the card I used, so I received an email saying they failed to charge. THEY DON'T LET YOU REMOVE YOUR PAYMENT AND CHARGE EVEN WITH CANCELLED SUBSCRIPTION.

We've been using buddy boss now for around 12 months and are really happy with the plug-in.It's a robust solution and it has a great technical team supporting it. I like the seamless integration into our private site which makes life easier for maintenance. We previously used another plug-in however, Buddy boss is heads and tails ahead of the competition in what it offers.

Buddyboss's team are really very helpful. Its an awesome product accompanied with awesome service. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience with the Buddy Boss support team. They were prompt, warm, patient, and friendly as we worked through the issue of being locked out of my License Key page. It took several days of back-and-forth emails, with Buddy Boss providing various suggestions to resolve the problem. Although it was a challenging and frustrating process, we finally solved the issue by following their final suggestion.I appreciate the difficulty of working through website issues, as each one can be unique and the recipient’s level of knowledge can vary. After walking down from the ledge, from a critical Wordpress error, my issues were resolved, especially with a little extra help from a tier 2 tech. No company is perfect. This was a fatal WordPress error and conflicting software plugins on our site, for over 2 weeks. The net-net? I'm happy with the end result. Thx Sajib!

Great product, with lots of flexibility and really useful integrations out-of-the-box with several other major plugins. Fairly easy to configure yourself with minimal technical knowledge in WordPress. The support team is obviously trying their best to help which is a fantastic plus! Great experience on all front so far!

I started with the free Platform which was great for 3 months (excellent training videos) but bought the Platform Pro because I needed more technical support. (I am a non-tech user.) This was a good decision. Received great technical support. I like this product.

Some of my users were experiencing problems with the visualization of images uploaded to a group.I contacted the support team, and they helped me resolve the issue with just four clicks and a setup change.Thanks,Ignacio
