I cannot honestly give a 5 star review on an item that is oversized, unwearable,non returnable for exchange or refund. The ad was misleading on size of beads. Very disappointed with my purchase this time

I ordered an ok item but not right for me.Requested info about returns and refund process Drawn out responses about " why" not right and then to send to China. Would have gone.on to return then ordered higher price.item but.they don't seem to know how we deal with returns.in a mutual trust business like way in the UK.Fortunately the item was not expensive and will.donate to charity.Would.say stay clear..

Buddhastones customer service instantly replied to my request,checked to make sure everything went smoothly until my items arrived. I really appreciate everything this company did to ensure that my trust in their products and company.

I emailed the seller regarding authentic certification for their jade bracelets but they could not provide any. Instead they tried to swindle you out of $1000 by asking you to trust them and their customer reviews. The facebook reviews were full of many dissatisfied customers that received damaged items with unreasonable requests by this seller for returns. Normally proof of damage does not require return of products in reputable businesses. This company is a scam!! I would have rated them ZERO stars if that option was available.

I have now ordered from here multiple times. On all occasions the items arrived with no damages, quickly and turned out to be even more beautiful in person in comparison to what was advertised. I will be ordering from here again!

I received my order in a timely order. It came packaged with a tips of caring for Jewelry card, a card with the product description, in a lovely gingham draw string bag in a very beautiful box, perfect for gift wrapping.

I took a long time to place this review. I felt so foolish. I was bait-click for Buddhastoneshop on Instagram several months ago. How foolish was that? Especially after spending $99 (yikes) I was really disappointed when only part of my order arrived; the malas were not stone at all, but manmade hard plastic facsimiles of stone. Sets of red string bracelets were cheaply made and every, little, thing, comes in a little stamped pouch in a foam-lined nicely printed, heavy duty little gift box. They spend more money on presentation than the items they sell. I emailed them asking about the remainder of my order and was told "it must have gotten lost". When I emailed and complained about the misrepresentation, they wanted me to send photos and/or return, but I did not want to waste anymore of my time or money on postage with them, especially after finally reading reviews on Trustpilot (which I should have done and do now anytime I decide to order something from the internet). You can find any item they sell on eBay for less than half the price. Don't waste your money. Better yet, purchase from Dharmashop; they really have a mission to support Himalyan artisans and the Himalyan region and culture and have great customer service!

Emailed buddahstone shop and they promised me if I dropped the case against them from PayPal they would send me my bracelet. This company stole $35.00 from me because they didn't send me my bracelet. Bunch of liars.

I purchased a bracelet from Buddastoneshop and it arrive very quickly. I am very pleased with it. It's very pretty and fits my tiny wrists great. Looks to be good quality, well made. I will be buying more things from them in the future.
