I received an email about flash sale- proceeded to purchase 2 pair at low cost and no shipping charge. When I returned to email confirmation of order I was unable to track the order and received a 404 error message. I used paypal and was able to recover my $$. If it looks to good to be true ( cheap hoka's!!) then it probably is. Thought I was smarter than this but Web site looks totally legit and I took the bait.
looking for a black and decker lawn mower, 20 inch, 13 AMP, cordless, push, electric lawn mower for $59.90 by MyStore, AND free shipping. Another site had it for about $20 more, PLUS about $90 for shipping. A phone number is listed but a site named MY PILLOW answers and the lady says she does not sell lawnmowers. However, she looked at same site that I did and scrolled down and found a contact site: [email protected] --- a strange name for a business that sells lawn mowers. I have written to them to ask if this is a valid offer and hope to hear from them.
In a Google Shopping search, I purchased (2) Garden Hose Reels listed under My Store. Total cost about $33. and change. After several weeks, I knew it would be awhile before, I received a ZALES abt. 4"x4"jewelry box. Inside were junk engagement ring and wedding ring, in a very small plastic bag. The usps first class envelope was pasted over the label from China. It was reshipped from an address in Buford, Ga. (I have the full address). I email the customer service address from the receipt. I did get a response and an apology but no Hose Reels. After much back and forth, I was assured I would get a 20% refund. As of this writting, haven't received it yet. I also should know better, though I have purchased via eBay from China (that's the key, from eBay). Maybe Google Shopping has to police their listing they show on their search engines. Pissed but not surprised.
I ordered a water timer from them and received a junk ring in a Zales box. Contacted them they offered a 10% refund but if I didn't want the refund I would have to pay for the shipping back. Not my fault they shipped the wrong thing. Why should I pay for return shipping? This place is a scam. DO NOT buy from them!!
Yes, same as Buzz Light Year above. I also ordered goods, eventually a junk ornamental chain arrived by mail. I thought it was a gift for taking so long. After even more time I contacted them, they wrote my goods have been delivered, they quoted postal tracking dates, the dates coincided with the small gift arriving. I replied with a photograph of the small junk ornamental chain & its postal label, and they said it was a system mix up, they said they could not supply the goods anymore and I could have a %5 refund if I sent $20US for postage to return their junk chain. It just gets worse and worse dealing with them, their offer went to 10%, then 20% CREDIT (no longer a refund). Why would anyone pay money for postage to return their junk (valued by them at $3US) for a 'credit' in a bogus business like theirs? PH
Same as everyone else encountered. Small gift instead of the item ordered. They said 5% refund. I didn't accept and kept requesting full refund. They finally agreed but I never received an actual refund and each time I contact them they are replying with "We already sent the refund..." but they refuse to give me the date they allegedly sent the refund instead they sent the same reply now for the 27th time. They need to be held responsible for ripping all of us off but since they keep getting away with it they'll just keep on doing it. It's disgusting!!
