Customer service was great! They got my order to georgia in the US very quickly. Only issue is the shoe box got beat up which is unfortunate but in all the shoes at least are in great shape.

BSTN sold me an open, damaged jacket that was missing tags and had clearly been previously sold and returned to them. This item should have never been sold to someone a second time and removed from circulation due to the obvious damage. They are also refusing to pay for return shipping after selling me garbage on purpose. Buy anywhere else. Buyer beware.

The wide variety and selection on BSTN's website is very sweet. The prices are ideal and very fair. The ease of ordering is simple and the shipping process and time is pretty good. From over there to here in the U.S was a week, so pretty in-line with U.S stores.

Terrible experience. They shipped an empty box, which luckily was noticed by FedEx when they scanned it. Couldn’t get a hold of them through their customer line and they haven’t responded through their online contact form. It’s been 2 weeks since the order was placed and 7 days since it’s scheduled arrival date. Absolute joke. So many other comparable companies with better reputations, I’m surprised their still in business.
