Is bruynzeelkeukens.nl Legit?

My experience with this company is being a real nightmare! They require the full kitchen payment (10K EUR) 3 weeks before installation, and after that they completely miss all the scheduled appointments for actually installing it. Now I still have broken and missing pieces in my kitchen that will most probably never replaced...do yourself a favor and do not buy from this scam company!

To start, this is our 2nd Bruynzeel kitchen, so the choice was not random, but to be honest I was doubting with all the bad reviews.To make it honest I did first try a few competitors, but the talks we had with these shops were not pleasant, and it's not selecting a coffee machine, a kitchen is not a simple or easy choice, not mentioning... not a small amount of money. (Although some shops find it normal to add thousands of euros to the amount, than giving it back as discount :( )Already the initial talks felt very comfortable, a perfect balance in our wishes and the huge amount of (practical) experience and knowledge of den haag hogewal location.Price wise: Of course taken into account you end up higher than were you started, the final price was still in our budget and that with almost no compromises in the design or materials. (Yes, the prices are higher than average Ikea kitchen, but that's comparing apples with peers, besides the facts that these design kitchen are a perfect fit, which makes the install fast, efficiënt.... And cheap.We are extremely happy with the kitchen, writing this 3 months after install, so everything thoughroly tested and used.

Had a horrible experience with Brunzeel after we have finished the purchase and paid for it. Took forever to get all the parts, get it installed, incrediby unhelpful customer service. Really do not advise to purchase from this company due to how they theat their customers (after they lock you in). Have a super long story of everything that went wrong but if summarized, if you want to engage on a monthslong quest of getting the your kitchen and spending hours and extra money for the already high price you paid, then this is the place to buy.

Disgusting customer service. Unable to deliver on their promises. Completely ignore their written communication. Forget to show up for installation appointments. Violate agreements. Annoyingly, they are not even trying to make up for their screw-ups, blaming you instead. You have to beg them to provide any update on communication on what is their fault. The people in the shops are nice though, which is completely ruined by the incompetence of the back office and the service department.

I had my kitchen fitted in April 2021. They did not deliver all the materials I paid for and did not fit all the materials that were delivered. They did not fit the wall panels and left live electrical wires hanging out of my walls, next to the sink, for several months. After a year and 7 further fitting appointments, they have still not finished my kitchen. While all the customer service representatives and kitchen fitters I have spoken to have been polite and helpful, the company seems to suffer from chronic incompetence and every delivery consists of the wrong items, in the wrong size or wrong colour, or they are simply not delivered. The kitchens look good but they are not worth the time and effort to actually get them installed.

My experience has really been disappointing. I bought a nieuwe bouw apartment and they had Bruynzeel as their preferred partner so I thought to buy the kitchen from Bruynzeel.We planned the whole kitchen and the electric points with their representative but later(a day before the deadline for my kitchen plan to be submitted to the builder), I was told that there would be additional costs because most of the electric points needs to be moved and I had no choice but to say yes because of the deadline.On the day of kitchen delivery, there was no one available to lift the kitchen top and the whole day it was sitting in the lobby of the apartment. Later, they made another goof up with afzuigkap(chimney). The chimney which I chose was not available and now we have our kitchen installed but whithout afzuigkap and when I ask about it's delivery, I get an answer - "Siemens would let you know".This has been a worst experience for me. I have wasted so much time in follow ups and emails. I would never recommend anyone to buy a kitchen from here.

Incorrect measurements, incorrect models of furniture ordered, no information. They don’t care about you and your order.

The name is only what stands. It is a lucky draw with them. sometimes everything goes well in first chance(with my friends). But if it goes wrong, it takes ages to fix it. We had ordered Kitchen in July 2021. It was supposed to be installed in October 2021. They delivered things in October end and installed in first week of November 2021. They did a bad design and measurement. So after installation we could not open the Kitchen window. The measurement guy came twice to measure the same. And the installation people did a bad job installing. Since the installation was bad, they had to order new things again which takes another 3 month to get. same time as getting a new kitchen even though they say, they make their own furniture. They came in Feb 2022 to fix the installation and window problem. Still they forgot to add push button in drawers. and side panel is still missing. Which they said would be installed in April 2022. For a mistake of Bruynzeel we still have an uncompleted Kitchen.They have stopped receiving our calls and answering our emails. Customer Support is the worst. I called the sales lady for the update of Kitchen top(which is also not installed yet).They said they all have appointments and don't even have 2 minutes to talk to a customer who ordered Kitchen with them. The Kitchen is still not complete. We hope in April it would be completed. If you want to Enjoy a new kitchen wit complete satisfaction, please don't order with Bruynzeel

I purchased in Eindhoven cupboards for more storage in the kitchen, they arrived with missing handle and the client service optimally solved the issue, no extra costs for me, they also checked multiple times to make sure everything was in good order, finally a real client service!
