brusselsairlines.com Review

The Scam Detector website Validator gives brusselsairlines.com a medium-risk trust score on the platform: 64.5. It signals that the business is best defined by the following tags: Known. Vetted. Low Risk.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this score? We came up with the 64.5 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to brusselsairlines.com's industry. The algorithm detected a slightly lower risk for activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors, noted in the Known. Vetted. Low Risk. tags above. Long story short, we recommend staying vigilant and using common sense when engaging with this website. But let's explain in more detail.

Explaining Our Analytical Approach

We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:

  • Proximity to Suspicious Websites
  • Threat Profile
  • Phishing Profile
  • Malware Score
  • Spam Score
  • Domain Blacklist Status
  • HTTPS connection
  • Domain Creation Date

While some are self-explanatory concerning brusselsairlines.com, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.

Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites

This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between brusselsairlines.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.

Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam

These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of brusselsairlines.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of brusselsairlines.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. brusselsairlines.com is likely a safe website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.

Domain Blacklisting Status

This term indicates whether brusselsairlines.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.

Assessing HTTPS Connectivity

This section provides insight into whether brusselsairlines.com boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.

Safe Check

We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, brusselsairlines.com.

Worst airline ever, went to munich however we booked different flights for the way to munich as the original was to risky to get to concert on time. As we did not get this first flight they then decided to cancel our return flight which we have fully paid for and provide us with no other options leaving us stranded in munich with no other option. The customer service is the worst i have ever experienced no help whatsoever told us they had put in a request to rebook the flight which WE HAD TO PAY FOR and they would call us at anytime bare in mind this is 12am and our flights at 8:55am. Now at 1am we have heard absolutely nothing what a shameful and disgusting airline avoid at all costs.
After a long flight our baggage was lost, We had to wait 1,5 hours in a line only to fill in a request online for our baggage to be sent to our home address. After some days they did not sent my bag to my address but to another airport where I have to pick up my luggage myself (this is a 5 hour journey). I called multiple times, emailed, and offered multiple solutions but they refused to fix this problem of their making. This is unacceptable. We paid for their service. Brussels Airlines is contractually obliged to provide this service. They made a mistake and should fix it but do not take any responsibility.Don't think a big name ensures you of good service. If you want to be treated with any respect after they messed up, do not use Brussels airlines.
I paid more than 23 000 Dkk for a return ticket route Copenhagen-Kigali via Brussels. This morning I returned from Kigali on a Business class, I boarded the plane numbered SN29315 but I came home without my checked in luggage, two pieces but the worse is their customer service employees. At the airport today, I was informed that my luggage will be delivered at my house at around 17:00 , well it was a pure lie. This aircraft has lost my trust , my luggage boarded the planed with the orange priority yet, they left them in Brussels, probably because there was no more space in my connecting flight. I checked in three luggage from Kigali but only one was delivered to CPH. Logistics-luggages-space issues.! You managed to make one good customer unhappy.I will avoid flying with you in the future. And I will hold you liable if any my things is destroyed because of this delay.I will also send the cost of the three calls talking with your customer service.
Thanks to Brussels Airlines in Brussels we made it. After more than 60min delay of the incoming flight and an incompetent Edinburgh airport we made the connection in Brussels thanks to Brussels airlines great support to bring us between the flights by personal mover and by car. The team was great and we managed it within 10 min between international and domestic incl. passport control. And this peaceful and supportive. Thanks. Lot. That was great and not usual anymore on other airports and with other airlines. You were just great. Simply the best! Thanks again.
Our family has been having the worst experience with Brussels Airlines. We travelled from Manchester to Armenia via Brussel. We had 4 suitcases and 4 suitcases are still missing and it is day 8!All of our stuff is missing and we are on holiday. We had 2 medications prescribed by doctor and I am not mentioning all the other stuff that family needs to have during the holiday. It is absolutely unacceptable. This has ruined our holiday and I will never ever travel with Brussels airline. I would not recommend anyone using Brussels airline as it can easily ruin your holiday. Two of my friends who were travelling from Manchester to Armenia via Brussels, again lost their suitcases.
Twice almost 3 hours delayed. Since legally every airline should cover any costs caused by a delay of more than 3 hours, Brussels Airlines surprisingly made it in a bit less than that. I had to pay for a Taxi from the airport to the city of Brussels, since no more buses were operating due to the delay. Even though BA answered my e-mail, they didn't show bothered at all and refused my complaint with a short "the plane arrived with only 2 hours 36 minutes delay". Thank you Brussels Airlines for making such a short flight so unpleasant.
Stressed, manipulating and agressive stewards refused to help our minor children with storage of cabin bags at launching. Tried to reach out to one of stewardesses and she surrealisticly shouted ”stop attacking me” as i tried to make her notise my kid a few steps back from me. Later she ignored me and my family when serving/selling to all people around us. I told her in a low volume that she had acted unproffessional. Her boss came over, wouldnt appologize, instead push that we were a problem. We just wanted to get home and told the boss so. When we landed 4 police officers interrigated us as simple criminals!! Scary for our children and totally unproportional and unlogical. Just for asking for help having complained about bad manners and services. We were not allowed to enter the transfer flight, had to leave the airport or come with the officers to the police station and it cost us 2000 Euros extra with hotel and transfer back home the day after. Still in shock!
Worst airline ever, also the worst customer service ever. The people do not know how to do their jobs and it's not even possible to understand what they're saying, like they have their own language. Booked a flight, and the first one was delayed so missed the connecting flight. Then they booked a new flight the next morning, with another connecting flight and have to wait at the airport for 4 hours. This means I've been travelling for almost two days. And the worst of it all is that they lost my luggage, and their customer service do not do anything to help. I will never book with this airline ever again!!!!
Terrible company, doesn't include checked bags in fare, not like other airlines who has this included. Adding bags are expensive as well. Customer care is bad and not helpful. Would not recommend.
i’m not the type to leave bad reviews; but TODAY will be the day. if i could give negative stars, trust me i would for these idi*ts. never in my 19 years old living have i experienced more stress than i have in my lifetime. i bought a ticket back in march this year to fly in august.. (literally today im supposed to fly) and needed to push my flight dates forward as i had to sit some exams for my uni. so i went onto the website to change it. in the process of doing it, i've put in my credentials, payment card details, passport numbers etc.. come to payment time, i've pressed confirm and verified my identify and i get an error message on the screen as well as a notification that the money has been taken from my card. hmmm.. thats fishy. i then call up brussels to flag this issue, said my money is in hold and they said they will send me my booking confirmation. an hour has gone by and i’m still waiting and i get an email from them, opened it and they've sent the same ORIGINAL ticket that i wanted to change in the first place. how stupid.. i call them up again and had to reexplain my issue about 4 times to different people; finally one gave me an email to contact and explain the issue and will get back to me in 48 hours.48 hours later.. no response. so i call back. however, there no communication amongst colleagues whatsoever.. so i had to re explain another 4 times.finally one said they then said my money will be on hold for 7 days before being released (as its still in pending) and that brussels themselves don't have access to their “monies”. wow.. how stupid.now fast forward, this bs has been going on for nearly two weeks now, still haven’t got my money back or my ticket and im supposed to be flying today. chasing around up and down for nearly 5 hours for someone to explain whats going on with my money and my ticket.. nobody knows. so to conclude, don't EVER get a ticket with these people. customer services is beyond horrible; most definitely have been dropped on the head as kids. half of them sound like they don't even like their job. avoid this sh*thole like the plague. they're money grabbing b*st*rds. i will start naming and shaming, give me two days👍👍👍👍👍karon (didn’t want to give his last name)rashand omar.
4 flights in a row cancelled. Left to find a hotel in Brussels in the middle of the night. Then 2 more days of cancelled flights. Legally they are supposed to reimburse hotel costs, travel to/from hotel, and meals. They refused to reimburse me and refused to even answer emails. The operators are neither knowledgeable nor polite.
Travel party of 3 had flight home delayed. Given wrong directions by staff. Ran to connecting flight from Brussels to Manchester. Exhausted & asked for 2 glasses of water which was fine. Then changed it to 3 and was told no, we had to buy water for 3 so asked why and air hostess replied, 'you are unfriendly so will get nothing'. Rather stunned I muttered fkn b!tch but was overheard by second hostess so chief hostess came over and berated me. She kept saying I could get water from the back of aircraft, I kept saying I had not been told that, she kept saying they could not give 140 glasses of water, I kept saying I only asked for 3, she kept saying I could not swear at her staff, I kept saying I did not swear at her as I swore under my breath after she said I would not be served. Eventually I refused to go around in circles any more so put my headphones in. On landing I was arrested by 5 police officers and escorted off the flight. Extremely humiliating which is what the air hostesses wanted. The police said it was ridiculous and I should complain to Brussels Airline which I did. 2 years later they still have not responded. DO NOT USE THIS AIRLINE!!
Wish I'd checked the reviews before booking as well. European flight cancelled 30 min before take-off with no explanation, zero customer service, alternative routes proposed when called were not making sense (days later) and finally reimbursement of less than half the price of the inbound ticket happened, 13 days later. Rarely seen such a subpar airlines customer service. Flight back was delayed by one hour with no explanation.
In a nutshell I travelled to Berlin to see the EURO 2024 final. To get there I bought 4 return tickets travelling from Brussels to Hamburg totaling EUR 2,331.72 paid for online. Two days later while I am on route to the EUROS they take another EUR 1,752.21 off my card.I have spoken to their help desk who just say someone will contact me and provide me with an e-mail address - I e-mailed them and don't get so much as an automated response. The customer service staff are just rude and don't care that the company has effectively stolen the money.I would strongly advise against using these commercial airline thieves and certainly don't give them any card details.I have an ongoing case with the card provider Monzo to understand how they let these transactions go through as they were not approved nor had I bought any associated services. As of today I have still not been refunded by either of Brussels Air or Monzo.
I enjoy flying with Brussels Airlines, but when things go wrong, getting a response from Customer Service is almost impossible. My return flight from Bujumbura to London via Brussels was cancelled (due to strike action). My subsequent claim has not been resolved three months later. I write every week asking for a response, I do not receive anything back in reply. Awful.
My bags were delayed. @ were delivered 3 days late, the third is still sitting in Dublin Airport (I know since I have an Apple Airtag in it - told their customer service (sic!) but they seem completely oblivious). They closed the original file, opened a new file - I had to find out about it 7 days later at Heathrow airport when I spoke to the LHR baggage service agent. All the while, they kept telling me my original file was closed, and they had to wait for the file to be opened again - no one told me it was replaced by a new file created by - you guessed it - Brussels Airlines! 3 messages sent via their web portal - including the request for interim compensation - have so far elicited only automated responses - nothing else. Every time I call their customer service, they tell me they can only read me the contents of the file - and can do nothing else. Horrible service - makes me wish I had never heard the name of Brussels. Thought it was a beautiful place - I now realize it is a facade for hell. All I can say is - pray you never go within a 100 miles of this place or the airline..
The way they selected our seats, didn’t make any sense. We traveled with the four of us. With our two daughters. Two seats next to each other. One seat behind and one seat on the other row. But then almost all of the staff on board: Unfriendly, unkind and didn’t want to help when our daughter got sick. Not a smile, continuously talking bad to each other about costumers. Anointed faces. We felt absolutely not welcome at all.
Wish I'd checked the reviews before booking. They overbook flights so some people who have paid for a place in the flight simply get told they can't fly. Absolutely will not be travelling with this airline again.
The Brussels Airlines employees at Brussel Airport saved me! I had lost my wallet on a locked plane, and they moved heaven and earth to get back inside, found my wallet with all my money and IDs still in it, and put me and my partner on a new flight! Free of charge! Thank you all so much!
If I could give this airlines negative 3 stars I would. Took two flights with them within 3 days and not even one flight was on time. On top of it, employees does not communicate about delays, when it's time for boarding, they are disorganized. Airport staff not friendly, and I can go on and on. If possible stay away from Brussels airlines! Maybe they should teach their employees customer service and communication skills and work how to manage to be on time since they are no any weather issues or mechanical issues.

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]

There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:

How To Remove Your Information From the Internet

Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.

We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.

Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
