Is brugtecomputere.dk Legit?

I received an Apple Macbook Pro Retina 13" early 2015. I expect that with a B battery category for this specific product, I would expect the battery life to atleast last a few hours to last. Well, turns out the battery was literally DRAINED fully after 20 minutes without even having anything open! Which there is clearly a problem with the battery/is defective. I've tried to contact them and no response so far. Very upsetting experience especially being a student on a budget and with the need of a laptop NOW.

I wanted to buy an iMac Pro Brugtecomputere.Dk had on their website. First I asked if they could send it to their store in Hellerup so that I could see it - the price was north of 20.000dkk…. They declined and asked me to go to their warehouse in Ballerup but that I had to call in advance.I called up to make an appointment and they asked is they could connect the computer - they confirmed. When I arrived one of the employees had used it as part of his setup. They pointed at it and said that it worked, but that the keyboard was broken and they would buy a new one to be delivered with the machine. The guy using it did not move so I could sit in front of it. On the website it had 2 prices 24.995,- and 22.995,- which was the discounted price. When I wanted to pay they said the price was 24.995,- and I referred to their website and the discounted 22.995,- and they told me that it was not correct and if I wanted that price I could get it with the defect keyboard and mouse. Based on this I left without a computer - I can only advice against buying anything from them.

The nice salesman was not at all pushy but very competent

I have bought a levono thinkpad. Its wifi hardver card doesn't work. I went to the shop and they gave me a USB wifi card to use until they are going to be able to solve the problem of the laptop. It is a negative thing that the laptop arrived with an issue and that I could not get a well functioning laptop instead when I turned to the service with that issue. Positive thing is that anyway they are going to solve the problem with time.

Not obvious from order conf. that you should expect another e-mail when the computer was ready, so showed up in store which had no computer to hand out. That was annoying. The shop was friendly though, and started the job right away. So ended up with laptop, after a wait of some 30-40 mins.

Well, i happened to purchase a DELL OPTIPLEX 790 - Gaming pc last Wednesday which was the 21/09-16 and obviously i received it late. But the real issue is not only that the PC arrived late its the lack of service or unprofessional ways that IT WAS A COMPUTER WITHOUT THE EXACT HARDWARE! a missing graphic card to be specific (Nvidia Geforce GTX 750Ti 2GB). Now i happened to call Brugte Computere people instantly and it was the worst service than a nightmare! i very clearly state the issue to the customer service agent and he happens to laugh and says well i cant really do anything!?? next thing he asks me to send the whole Computer back when they can easily send the GRAPHIC CARD that i have paid for! A very unexpected, unacceptable experience and very unprofessional way of handling goods for their customers. I really hope that they do take this remark seriously and take an action to really sort this matter out ASAP!Thank you Habib////Update:Spoke to Jonathan 10.49am - 26/09-16very pleased to hear that he wants to compensate and settle the matter with a satisfactory offer. I hope it does not happen with anyone actually in the coming future.once again Thank you.
