I am pissed! I placed an order for Christmas gifts and delivery dates within 10-15 days. I have track this package from China post and has not been delivered. It is 12/27/2021 and states its heading to next facility and this was last posted on the 16th of December. I requested a refund this is unexceptable!
It took almost 2months to get my vest. I went to email them they told me that what I had ordered was out of stock. so I told them I just want a refund from them. I got emails stating they will give me a coupon for another purchase. I repeated to them I just want my refund. magically there's a tracking number. i email them and tell them I don't want the purchase anymore since it was out of stock. once I got the vest it was not at all what i ordered it was small and a different color and poorly made. This was in early December in January and I have yet to receive a return label or any type of refund. Browswear is a scam.
