brondell.com Review
The Scam Detector website Validator gives brondell.com one of the higher trust scores on the platform: 89.1. It signals that the business is best defined by the following tags: Authentic. Trustworthy. Secure.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same results. So, why this score? We came up with the 89.1 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to brondell.com's industry. The algorithm detected little high-risk activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors, as noted in the Authentic. Trustworthy. Secure. tags above. Long story short, we deem this a secure website. But let's explain in more detail.
Explaining Our Analytical Approach
We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:
- Proximity to Suspicious Websites
- Threat Profile
- Phishing Profile
- Malware Score
- Spam Score
- Domain Blacklist Status
- HTTPS connection
- Domain Creation Date
While some are self-explanatory concerning brondell.com, let's look closer at the remaining ones.
Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between brondell.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of brondell.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of brondell.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. brondell.com is an authentic, safe website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.
Domain Blacklisting Status
This term indicates whether brondell.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.
Assessing HTTPS Connectivity
This section provides insight into whether brondell.com boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.
Safe Check
We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, brondell.com.

Within weeks of installing the Brondell T44 bidet toilet seat, the unit froze. Support was unable to provide a resolution, although they insisted I send a video of a nonoperational piece of hardware. Eventually I fixed that issue without assistance, with hours of reset and remote pairing. 9 months later the unit has failed again with flashing lights and gurgling noises. After weeks of back-and-forth with Rebecca of Brondell Support, she instructs that I return the unit to them for evaluation and repair. That’s a big ask; disassemble the seat from the toilet water supply, remove the 3-way water supply adapter, purchase a temporary seat, purchase a new supply hose to fit without the brondell hardware in place, ship and wait two weeks repair turnaround time, and hopefully reassemble without leaks from reinstalling these components. I protested this approach; Brondell‘s reply was to email me the warranty limitations page. At this point, even though it was an $800 buy, I’m giving up, for the purchase of a real bidet toilet. You should avoid this gadget.
Completely useless customer support. I asked a simple question about a remote not working in the online technical support and gave all info required and CSR just closed the ticket without even responding to my question about why it's not working and no notification that ticket was closed. I took out a second ticket with clear information and question and same thing, ticket just closed without any response at all.It would be appreciated if a supervisor or manager can contact me regarding this experience.
Awful experience. My bidet seat had a problem with the slow closing lid. After needing to remove the seat to provide the serial number the seat began leaking. They needed an excessive amount of evidence to prove that the leak was in fact not coming from any of the fittings on the bidet seat. I should not have needed to disassemble to add plumbers tape, and then submit a video of the leaking to prove that the leak is coming from somewhere else. To top it all off they sent me a replacement seat rather than a replacement lid. So in addition to the new problems I had to pay for the wrong part. By the way there should not be such a high degree of plastic rot in this few an amount of of years
The Brondell 1700 is very nice when it is working. However, this is my third purchase of a Brondell in this price category that has broken soon after the warranty expired. The company’s price to ship it to San Francisco and fix it or price to replace it with an open box model always exceeded my original purchase price. It’s just so stupid to buy something that only lasts two years and I won’t be buying anything from this company ever again. Three times we made the same mistake and I advise you stay away from promoter Mark Cuban's companies. Unless you can get a credit card company to offer a two-year warranty extension. Cheap construction that doesn’t last.
One Star Because I Couldn't' Choose Zero! Don't purchase the Carex Toilet Seat Riser from Brondell, they double the cost of the same riser you can purchase on Amazon, because they add two long screws to mount, issue is, the mounting plate for the bidet, requires plastic square heads, not steal small round heads, when you tighten they pull through, I managed to make square head washers, and was able to better tighten, but to tighten enough to make safe, as it was moving side to side, then the riser lifts in the front, making it unsafe again. Stay away from Brondell, they have the WORST Customer Service Period.
Our Brondell humidifier worked great for the three months we've had it, but it's time to replace the humidifier filter and the company doesn't have any in stock. Hence, we've not been able to use the machine for 2 weeks. When I called the support line, they said the filters would be in stock last week, but they were not. I've tried buying them on Amazon and other companies, to no avail. This machine was very pricey, and yet, the company can't maintain a sufficient supply of filters. Furthermore, it's past 30 days so it can't be returned. Go somewhere else!
Update to a unused unreternable seat. We had boxed the seat ( drained & dry) in its original box and inquired about sending it back for a possibly upgrade but were informed that we could not send it back without first sending them a video of the seat working. This entailed us reinstalling, lining bowl with plastic & recording product operating. We complied with this list and voiced our complaint of this model splashing water on both the bottom & top of the seat. They're final analysis was that we would not get a refund since this is "NORMAL".We are stuck with this bidet seat in our guest bathroom since it is hooked up to the h2o supply, it was used for the first time this week, the one & only use left brown feces droplets scattered under the seat & the back of the base. This is Not normal & should not be considered normal since it is disgusting and unsanitary. For many years we own & use a bidet in our main bathroom and we have never experienced an issue like with the EM617. This company does not care about their customers being happy with their purchase, they only care about making their sale & leaving you with their cheap substandard unusable product.
I ordered a bidet seat directly from them. Upon arrival and installation, I realized the seat was cracked all the way through. They mailed me a new one, and I sent the old one back, frustrating but fine. Now, my second one has again failed and the water reservoir only fills half the time. Bummer, reached out to support because I'm still under warranty, but this time, they want me to find a box, mail them the toilet seat, and then wait however many weeks until they mail me a new one. Finding a box to ship it in, finding another replacement seat for the interim, and installing a toilet seat 2 more times is obviously a huge hassle and they know it. So I give up! You guys win!
After experiencing our bodau, we would purchase another rather than go without. We love the cleanliness, we recommend this product for all families.
I purchased a Brondell Swash 1400 along with a 5 year warranty and it was one of the biggest mistakes of my life. The seat and the top of the unit cracked every 2 months. At first the company honored my warranty and replaced them a couple of times. After that they started charging me more than the unit was worth to replace the parts. When I complained to customer service they did nothing about it so I am left with a cracked bidet. I paid over $495 for a bidet that is worthless and ugly. My expensive warranty purchase is a joke! Brondell customer service is horrible!Do yourself a favor and do not buy products from this company or you will regret it!
I purchased a Brondell Swash Bidet Toilet Seat. The lid has cracked twice and the first time, I was asked lots of questions about it and to send them several photos of the seat and toilet. They sent me a new lid, but now that one cracked in the same place, so we do not have a lid on our toilet seat. I'm really glad that we don't have small children or pets that would get into the toilet. Also, it is programed for one, and we should be able to program it for two, but it won't do that. It's really agrivating, but we are past our warrantee period. This is a poorly made product.

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]
There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
