Is brivelle.co.uk Legit?

Scamming company. Returned an item a day after I received it as it was not fit for purpose. Claimed they never received it, sent numerous emails, messages on their Facebook page. Ended up blocking me on Facebook as I left a review stating that the had stole £600+ from me and got their product returned. Absolute scam of a company.

A quick thing to say about this cpap machine from ive been using from Brivelle, honestly i didnt know what to expect because, well sleeping machines arent exactly something i was excited about but, wow this small device changed the game for me, used to wake up gasping for air but now waking up feeling rested like never before.Not exaggerating but when i cant sleep without it after using it, i wish i knew about this cpap before. Speaking about their servcie it was good got an email for confirmation than was shipped after a day got it after few days. All was normal as expected.

A scammy dropshipping store that sent the wrong product, took ages to get back to us to let us return it, and had terrible support.I advise others not to buy from Brivelle.Edit: My review was flagged for "defamatory content". So here's my proof for them being a dropshipping store: you can go on Aliexpress and find the exact same products, (at a cheaper price) and same photos, which is where many dropshippers get their products from. Brivelle also claim that they're based in the UK, and give the impression that everything is sent from there, but in reality, the package that I received was clearly from China.

I have airoxy which i ordered last year, the remote control just stopped working even after changing the battery multiple times. It was hard to get it from bad to turn on or turn off the machine everytime, however i contact the support and they asked my order number i couldnt find that but shared my email and postcode. After all they sent a replacement remote control, it took a week to receive but was all good. Thank you for the help guys

I recently bought a cpap from brivelle on 27th july after placing the order i decided to check some reviews online about the company. I went through trustpilot after reading those bad review decided to cancel the order. However it was already shipped.When then product arrived on 2nd august i was surpised with the quality It was better than i expected, i decided to give it a try and finally i kept the product, glad i did not cancel after all i wanted just to share the though i had .. will be in touch if i have in issue

Recently bought a metal detector, it was quite an experience first ordering was easy but payment failed for few times than contact support and they assisted.delivery was as expected but after receiving the product there was no instruction and send an email, it took a day to get a pdf instruction sent back by email. However the metal detecor worked great and will be using for summer this year.. Thank you

Delivery was delayed, but got a quick update from Carla, customer support is great. I understand it is Fedex's fault but since i purchased from brivelle i had them solved the issue. Hope same issue won't happend in futureI receivied the machine in good condition,

Made an order in 15th June, for a machine was expecting it as stated in the website by 21th June. However got it on 20nd but was left inside the garden. Thankfully no one stole it. Royalmail always does that, The product is inperfect condition and asked for a PDF manual got that sent back after few hours by email.

I wanted to reach then by phone but had to wait 10 minutes to place an order overphone. got a discount for 20gbp when i called that was helpeful thank you for the order looking forward receiving it soon.

Still no order received. Definitely not a UK based company as they say. Ordered and paid o 28th May, with delivery time supposedly meant for 3rd June. Contacted them and was given some story of how it was out of stock and coming from abroad- red flag- was then told I'll receive 7th June. Still nothing. I've tracked my shipment and its only half way through shipment time of 12 days, add 2 more for arrival at distribition center, and a further 3-5 days to delivery. So in hindsight, my parcel not actually due for at for at least another 2-2.5 weeks. SCAM! They should not be allowed to trade, its false advertising. Will be contacting bank for refund today!

I ordered an item from this company for £30, it stated that it was on offer and was previously £89. A bargain. However, when it arrived it was clearly not worth £30 and had never been worth £89. I've now seen exact item on sale on other websites for less than a tenner. I usually do research on sites I haven't used before but didn't on this occasion. Lesson learned.

Ive been using the oxygen for a month now, and its been a life changer for me. I like the part that it is easy to use. They sent with some extra filters to use later that was helpful.The only thing made me think was the delivery that takes more than 4 days but that was okay i had some oxygen cans i bought from pharmacy those helped to wait for the machine to come. Now i will use it for a while to see if i need something stronger but fornow all good. I hope to get a discount for next phuchase because i made a review. My order was 55840 Thank you

I just wanted to drop a quick review to say thanks for the awesome oxygen machine you provided. It arrived super fast and has been a huge help in improving my breathing. I've noticed a big difference since I started using it.I also appreciated the great support you gave me after the sale. Your team was always there to answer my questions and make sure I was happy with my purchase.

‼️Do not buy from this company. They sold me used, wrong make oxygen generator. They accepted return but wanted me to return at my expense. I have complained to Amazon pay. Then they agreed. Asked me to return it to Slovenia from uk. I asked if I can return it to uk address. NO. Return postage cost me £84. The parcel was refused on customs to Slovenia under prohibited goods rules. Brivelle issued me with new now PREPAID labels to return to U.K. address!!! Wow, I’ve asked why on first place you refused me to do so? No answer. Now they refuse to pay me my £84 for their postage to Slovenia because: THE RETURN WASNT COMPLETE. How do you like that !? They insisted on return to Slovenia, they issued me with their commercial invoice and return lables, they did not check EU rules and IM LIABLE of all their mistakes. Guys! This company sucks. They are just two people who pretend to be THE BIGGEST company ( look at their presentation on their website) who advertise other companies products on their website. Their annual turnover is £10k . Chancers and scammers.

The order 55203 was delivered on time and with the gift they promised arrived in separate packaageWould definitely order again, and id recommend my family, i was not disappointed afterall. Thank you

Order #49032Ordered from them on 20th feb, took almost 2 weeks to arrive. They don’t reply to any emails and if you call their ‘help’ number it’s an automated message saying they’re busy with other calls and they will call you back, how exactly they will call you back when they don’t have my number I will never know. They end the call saying to leave a message after the tone, there is no tone it’s just silence before the line goes dead. My guess is this company is likely operating from outside the Uk for their deliveries.

I recently had an excellent experience with the delivery, i ordered a portable oxygen for my father and service was perfect. the representative i spoke with was knowledgeable and told us it would arrive on 17 june but arrived earlier. The communication was clear and i am happy with the product, it does the expected work, this have saved my father alot of time, thank you will order some masks and tubes for the machine next time.

I hope someone reads this review and does not buy from Brivelle. I ordered a CPAP machine on 8th June for next day delivery as advertised, on 11th June. Rang them on 13th June to be told its on its way and it can be tracked via online website. I checked the tracking system which stated, Processing-2days, In transit-8 days, Local distribution centre-3 days, Out for Delivery-3 days and shockingly Delivery attempt-1 day. Can you believe that today is the 19th day after my order and I am currently still at Local distribution centre status. I raised a complaint with the afterpay company and then I immediately received a email from Brivelle asking me to cancel the complaint because the package would be with me within 48 hours. 8 days later, still no package. They claim to have the stock in this country but I bet it turns up with Chinese labelling. If I wanted to wait for 4 weeks for a CPAP machine to be shipped from China then I would have bought one myself for half the price.

I dont normally write reviews but felt compelled on this occaision....I ordered an expensive piece of respiratory equipment (£569 ! )... Having not received a despatch email after 4 days I became suspicious and then came across these terrible reviews. Too late for me ....and I expected the worse.... Day 5 I received despatch notification but again based on the reviews I wasnt holding my breath... 8 working days from order my package arrived !! ... I am pleased to report the item arrived well packed and is of extremely high quality with clear instructions and works well.... So for someone expecting to have been scammed I have to report I am delighted with my product and Brivelle delivered within the quoted 8-10 days ...
