I started purchasing Tier-3 to test it out. I was impressed on how easy to navigate the app.In terms of documentations, they have a massive number of videos and webinars and tutorials available on their YouTube channel that will guide you build your website, and will also guide you to maximize the full potential of your website in acquiring members. The support sytem is also fantastic. I always get response from them on time.After testing the app, I immediately upgraded to higher Tier.

Brilliant Directories for the win. This tool has become one of my best tools. I love it for a couple of reasons but the most important reason is it is 100% turnkey. What I mean by that is it gives you everything you need to be successful. I think because it gives you everything people think that you can roll out of bed and make a million dollars tomorrow. You have to have a strategy, end goal, and vision to build your directory into something very special. Nevertheless, make no mistake about it. This is a business in a box and if deployed correctly can reward you for many years to come. I absolutely love this tool and would recommend it to anyone ready to start a powerful business.

The program is very configurable. There is nothing hidden. You can also integrate your own domain and use cPanel to customize email boxes and set up add TXT records.I'm not using this as a directory, I use to for a support portal and like that members can join, view the support articles, and chat with other members.There is so much potential that I've barely cracked into all of it's possibilities.Simply Brilliant!

I've been planning to build a membership site, but was always put off by the learning curve. That's when I discovered Brilliant Directories on AppSumo. It is really "brilliant" for its user-friendly interface, extensive features, and excellent support. It practically has everything I need. There are somewhat limited customization options. But that's just me being a perfectionist.

I recently got the Brilliant Directory, Tier 1.I have gone through the WordPress option, considered a few other solutions and I finally came to appsumo and got this. I was eager to try it out and it makes a lot of sense. What I do not like however is that there is not African based payment processor so commercializing it in our clime is a bit out of the box for me.However BD is a comprehensive solution and I hope to grow my membership using this plugin.They saved me money on building with different plugins, hosting with other companies and even maintenance.If you are looking for an all-in-one solution, here it is!

Brilliant Directories is a great platform so far. Easy to use and understand. I've watched almost all their YouTube videos which are really helpful and detailed! Their Facebook group is also very active- seems like a very supportive community.

I have been using Brilliant Directory for a few months now. While there was definitely a bit of a learning curve due to the array of included features, the video tutorials made it much easier to grasp. It's been fantastic so far. It's incredibly user-friendly for a local directory, and managing everything from the backend is a breeze. It’s much easier than my previous WordPress setup.

Simple and complete. This is a great platform to build (in my case) directories websites. I have built 3 websites with them and I am very happy. The customer service is great and they are always willing to help. I don't have to worry about security issues, among other things you have to deal with building this type of website.

The leadership team is FANTASTIC. But it's not about selling for profits IMO. I see that they feel more connected with their products and those who use them like a family atmosphere. The best thing since sliced bread! I am a newbie at web development and I have been struggling to learn coding! The most exciting thing about BD is that I'm learning code while developing a website that will generate income! What more can I ask for? Well, perhaps I could ask for this... Please help us with payment gateway support in Botswana. I have to make some adjustments that won't be as seamless as stripe. But that might just be beyond you for now. Brilliant Directories offers a great service to get your directory site up and running quickly. The customer service has been quick and responsive in helping me get everything set up. The platform itself provides a lot of flexibility if you're willing to dig into the backend code, which they provide full access to.

We run non-profits serving youth and are dealing with massive issues like homelessness, foster home matriculation failures, losing a parent and other like issues. I bought BD a few weeks back and immediately jumped into using it. Once I saw the possibilities of generating an income by simply creating and offering a directory and services through there, I knew i needed it. The fact that it is basically a plug and play (minus a few integrations that require a bit dev setup such as google maps api). Unlike a regular website, I do not need to install any extra plugins or anything to fully run a whole directory business. There is a lot of support on their youtube channel and in their updated documentation. The one thing I wish was available was a whole setup path or checklist. It was a few days learning curve, only because i do actively build on wordpress, menu times are not where I would imagine or expect them to be. But once I found them, it changed the game for me and easy it is to build.

Brilliant Directories is fairly easy to set up and has good customer support, if you'd even need them. I found the right amount of customization options. I have yet to maximize it's potential but so far it looks very promising and there is a free trial.

I am delighted and have already set up the basic structure on the first day. The system works. I am very pleasantly surprised by functions such as other languages and currencies that I can work with. I hadn't read anything about this before, but had hoped for it and then found it. So I've been working to set up my directory for awhile and the platform feels very intuitive to me...its really easy to get going. I've had a few questions come up and support has alwasy been great, plus the Facebook group has been helpful too. Overall I think this is one of the best directory platforms around...its evolved nicely over the years, yet remains very easy to work with.

Brilliant Directories is the best product in the market. I am using Brilliant Directories from last two days. It's easier to use and setup. Everything is well documented. It's 100 % reliable directories portal. However, what I don't like is that Brilliant Directories staff are useless in managing their time and responding. I fixed an appointment in their system, but they didn't show up and wasted my time. Definitely they have poor management and I hope they will improve. To conclude, Brilliant Directories is an excellent product.
