Is brillcurtains.com Legit?

I am so happy with my purchase! It took me a very long time to pic a design, so many to choose from - had 15 saved but 30 or more liked.Delivery was sooner than specified in the order and well packed.Totally happy and impressed with the quality of the material (so soft and thick) and colors ( viberant like illustrated on the website).Professionally sewn, substantial backing for room darkening style and grommets are hardly, material is so soft.Well worth the cost and I would definitely purchase again and highly recommend.Two cons (but not that important), just wanted to mention):1) I contacted CS concerning a primary color of a design because it didn't appear to match the description, i.e. background looked white but description said another color (red/orange) that was in the design. CS response didn't really address the color that it appeared so I dropped that design and went on to another. 2) This appears to be an international company and shipping times from China or other places can be substantial amount of time. My order came within 10 days but I was concerned it would have been longer.

Wish I’d looked into this place before I purchased anything. To be fair the curtains were not too bad but sizing completing off!! Beware that the width size is for both curtains together (approximately)Wanted to exchange for a wider set but you cannot return items! So make sure you know this before you buy!!After several email exchanges (as they have no number you can call) I had to settle for a 20% refund as I was getting nowhere with the returns process. They advised I had to pay £18 initial cost to ship back to them, and then pay for them to return to their base in china but couldn’t tell me how much this would be! Or give me shipping details. Just said it would be ‘extremely high’ and ‘take a lot of time’ As well as deducting the original posting I would end up paying more than what the curtains cost. I feel this is probably more of a scam as they don’t want to deal with returns, as they can’t possibly make any money if that was the case and it did indeed cost that much for postage!! So spent £86.95 and got a £16 refund and a pair of curtains I can’t use!

My curtains were exactly as shown and described. They are excellent quality and I absolutely loved both sets I purchased! It takes a little longer for delivery, but Brillcurtains lets you know that right away. Very satisfied!

Extremely happy with new curtains. Colour is good with waves and rocks picture. Material is heavy enough to hang well. Website was very clear that the width was the sum of both panels and shipping and delivery took a few weeks. Had to mess with pleat 'prongs' but all ok now. Courier, Hermes I think, very lax about notification although tracking was reasonable. Sorry to hear others were unhappy.

Any good review will be fake, they send you rubbish curtains that look nothing like the picture, they are based in china, so when you complain, they say sure send them back, you then go to the post office to find out it costs more to send them back than to keep them Total Scam, Paypal know and are looking into them, but that did not help me get my money back, they are still letting them use paypal. Be Aware, also this company is trading under 50 company names, return address is the same. SCAM!!!

I contacted customer service and got a response immediately reassuring me that my curtains were on their way. They arrived within the advised timescale and were so lovely that I immediately ordered a second pair. Can absolutely recommend. ID toy Have any concerns just email customer services. Disappointed in the quality. The product does not match the photo. It looks cheap and the print and color are very low quality, looks painted on. They will not allow a return but did agree to a small partial refund so hopefully I can sell the curtains. Beware when buying or ask for a swatch.

ZERO STARS!FALSE ADVERTISING - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! You will not get a refund.The pictures and descriptions are totally misleading - the curtains are beyond cheap: thin, light weight, stitching falling out. Advertised as a panel, but the width is for two curtains!?Over priced and Poor quality.

Awful shoddy product with loose threads and wonky stitching. Fabric feels cheap and they are not very thick. When I ordered them I didn't realise they were coming from China, I usually only by from UK based companies. Attempted to get a refund because of poor quality and finish and a fruitless email chain just ended with them sending my final message back at me.DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

MISLEADING WEBSITE, CHEAP QUALITY AND COME FROM CHINA, DO NOT BUY THESE CURTAINS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THE MEASUREMENTS ARE NOT RIGHT AND TERRIBLE MATERIAL AND QUALITY. ADVERTISED AS A PANEL BUT THEN SAY THE WIDTH IS FOR TWO CURTAINS? WHICH IS COMPLETLY BACKWARDS. THE ABSOLUTE WORST THINGS EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE!!!!!!!!!!

Overall satisfied. Took a bit if time to arrive but it did. Quality is good. Was concerned after seeing all reviews but pleasantly surprised.

ZERO STARS. They WILL NOT refund or accept returns even with me returning them and paying for shipping myself back to China from the US. I literally will lose money out of principle even though their product is not as described, not the right colour and crap quality. The WORST kind of scam artist company. Wish I had found their true ratings earlier. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!

I came across the Brill Curtains website by accident and I am really glad I did because I got the items I wanted a lot cheaper and a lot quicker than Wayfair could have delivered them.The curtains are beautiful - the colours and the quality, I would post a photo if I could, absolutely delighted, HIGHLY recommended and will definitely be my go to place for curtains in future.

It's been months I have received nothing and they keep coming up with excuses.They have provided fake tracking numbers that doesn't even track the package their is no package to track they haven't sent anything. This is a scam.They give a fake tracking number.I wish I had seen these reviews as well.Also when emailing them u just get the same generic message over and over about checking with logistics and quickening the delivery.I just want a refund which it don't seem like will happen.

Ordered some curtains in mid October. It took sometime before I received an email saying they were out of stock. Decided to choose other ones and they offered 5 percent discount. Heard nothing for a couple of weeks. Got fed up of chasing them so told them to cancel my order which they confirmed. Received an email this morning saying they had dispatched my original order. Emails backwards and forwards and they insist that I now can't have a refund as they have been sent out The recovery process with my bank now begins. Don't buy from these people in hindsight I wish I had read the reviews on here first 😕

DON'T YOU DARE USE THIS COMPANY TO ORDER ANY PRODUCTS. i HAVE BEEN GIVEN FAKE TRACKING NUMBER, SAME RESPONSE FROM CHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PASSING THE BUCK TO ANOTHER DEPARTMENT WHICH GIVES THE SAME REPONSE-CUSTOMS-AIR OR BOAT TRANSPORTATIONOF PRODUCT, ETC. SEARCH FOR OTHERS IN AMERICA WHERE YOU CAN TALK TO A CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE AND THE LAWS PROTECT YOU!!!REPORT THEM TO YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY, COMSUMER PROECTION AGENCY AND PAY PAL.

The curtains themselves are of a reasonable quality.But their version of panel size is the whole window size, not a single panel of a pair of curtains.
