Is brikzz.com Legit?

So far so good. Placed three separate orders. All have arrived within a few weeks. Ordered large batches of Star Wars clone and droid figures for my son which are pretty good quality. Also ordered a Lego build which is also good quality. The instructions are more difficult to follow than genuine Lego, but I believe this is to be expected considering the price difference.

Ordered arcane minifigures onNovember 19th. Still havent gotten them yet. Contacted customer service, got a reply 2 weeks later. That they will look into this. Havent heard anything from them since. So disappointed.

I had a fabulous experience- I ordered a 16-figure minifigure set plus a handful of individual minifigures, and I needed them in time to ship to my daughter as part of an advent calendar I assembled for her to use starting Dec 1. They contacted me to tell me one figure was no longer available, and offered to me to pick a replacement. They expedited the shipment so I could get it on time. It arrived super fast, all the figures I expected were there, including a surprise figure, I assume for the trouble with the unavailable one. I am extremely pleased with the experience, and would definitely recommend them and buy from them again.

I was plesantly surprised when I recieved the minifigures - they look amazing and are almost perfectly compatible with my original lego. You really wouldn't be able to tell them appart from my original collection. I also found no misprinting and they came with extra hands. And Im super happy to find figures so readily avalible. This unlocks such a huge potential for customization. Im definetly coming back to get more for both my self and my son. He's already making a list after seen the ones I've got.

My son is autistic and his special interests are lego and Star Wars. Discovering Brikzz has been brilliant. He's been pretty hard to get off the Xbox but when our Brikzz packages arrive he switches it off and gets involved in some imaginative play with his lego sets. I never actually realised how much individual figures cost! Brikzz has been brilliant and we almost have a Jabba's palace setup at a fraction of the price.

I was having trouble using my Apple Pay to purchase some Star Wars figures and Brikzz noticed my checkout wasn’t completed and emailed me instantly. Not only did they help me they also sent me another discount code for my purchase which was very awesome of them. I received both my figures within two week and was very satisfied and will be shopping again with them.

Absolutely rubbish customer service, no help what so ever! Still waiting for my order from 2 weeks ago… would not order again!

Mr. Brikzz is an AMAZING company. Our most recent order included 12 mini-figure sets for my son including several from Napoleonic Wars, Grenadiers of the Old guard, Medieval Knights and French Dragon and as always the order was perfect! The figures are very high quality and arrived on time with no issues, just as all of our orders from them have! We will continue to order form Mr. Brikzz for all of our custom needs!

I’ve purchased from Brikzz a few times and safe to say it’s always a great experience! Quality every time, amazing mini figs you can’t get from Lego and delivery with updates is perfect. Recently ordered Darth Vader and Luke Skywalker mini figs to go with my Lego lightsabers and the detail on Vadar with two part helmet was exceptional! Already lining up my next order!

I purchased 2 sets of Star Wars Clone Troopers from Brikzz.com as Christmas/birthday gifts for my son. I was blown away by the quality of the minifigures and accessories. High quality plastic and extremely detailed printing make their products second to none. Plus, the order shipped shockingly fast during the Christmas rush. It took a huge amount of restraint not to buy out their entire stock.I will DEFINITELY be shopping at Brikzz again… hopefully soon!!!

High quality and very detailed minifigures, ordered 3 or 4 times already and i’m gonna keep going ! Minifigs always come carefully packed, so i’ve never had any issues with an order.Will 100% recommend it, especially for a Star Wars fan !

I found a set of block mini figures here that I knew my grandson would love. Ordering was easy and following the process from ordering to arrival was easy. The product arrived when expected. The mini figures were a hit. Assembly was easy and they are fantastic figures.

I have tried these figs, as official are sometimes ridiculously costly and many of them are not even avalaible. I was a bit worried because shipping took a bit longer, than was expected, but it arrived in maybe 6 weeks, and everything was there. Figs are very nice, plastic quality is almost as good as lego. So I am satisfied :)

Bought the Star Wars Bad Batch minifigure set and an Aayla Secura minifigure. I was surprised by how good the minifigure printing looked. There was a little bit of color faded on the Aayla minifigure lekku and the Omega figure face seems a bit off, but other than that the minifigures look great. The accessories are also way more detailed than I expected. It does take 2-3 weeks to receive the order so just be patient. But overall I was pleased with the quality for the price.

Ordered twice already. First time I wanted to see if it will worth ordering bigger amounts and I wasn’t disappointed.Second time I ordered I received the wrong product. I informed customer service and not only they replied immediately but resolved the problem really fast. Super super happy!!

Love this company. All the starwars figures I can’t get from Lego, I get from Brikzz. This is my 3rd order and I am more than happy. My orders have always come within the timescale given. Also I can order small vehicles as well as specific figures, and there is often some sort of offer available. This is a great compliment to my current StarWars collection & I shall continue to build up my clone/droid armies with the help of Brikzz.

Great product, and even better customer service and support! I ordered The Bad Batch, and a few Jedi Brikzz figures. After receiving my Brikzz figures, I had noticed one of the Bad Batch members (Echo) was missing a few parts. I emailed the Brikzz support team, and received an email later that day stating that they would be replacing the missing parts. Not only did they replace the part, but sent me the entire figure, and accessories. I will be ordering more! 👍🏾

I have ordered many mini figures to Hungary. My latest purchase was Poppy Playtime Video Game Minifigures, which arrived today. The delivery was always pretty quick considering the distance, and the items were always perfect. Will keep ordering from Brikzz for my kids :)

The customer service they provide is top-notch! They communicate, follow up and do what they say they will do! Good service is hard to come by but these guys know their customers and provide GREAT service. On top of that their products are excellent quality and fairly priced! I'm for sure coming back to Brikzz!!
