Is bredband2.com Legit?

It is a good service, but price increased too much. Price increase have been with more than 50% at just one occasion. This is not a price increase, these are speculative prices.

Ever since I have been a customer with you I have found that Bredband2 keeps to your word. But when my renewal period is up for renewal I hope you will offer a good deal as a trusted ands loyal customer.

I am disappointed with the internet connectivity and speed in my flat. I paid for 500 mbps, but dont have the speed that I opted for.

Since I started using bredband2 service everything has been flawless.

If there were an option for zero stars, I would gladly choose it. My experience with your service has been beyond frustrating. Every time I contact you, I'm promised that the issue with my internet will be resolved, but nothing changes. You've taken up a lot of my time, asking me to go through the same troubleshooting steps—reconnecting my computer, restarting the router, etc.—but in the end, the problem remains unresolved.

The customer service is very efficient. Unfortunately we did pay for the first invoice with incorrect IBaN as the amount was 2133.00 SEK. The transaction went through thats mean this payment is landed somewhere in your company. Since 2 months (July - August) we have requested to customer service but received always the same reply that our request had sent to the economy department but no one can give further answer where the money landed! We check at our bank account but no money was returned back. In this case who we can ask to follow up our request?

The connection speed is changing at night and the weekend. It becomes tribble even we cannot use it for web surfing. My TV uses the internet streaming but we cannot use it at the evening. Overall, the quality of service is bad,

Reliable provider and little issues, been with them for 8 years. In case of any problem they have a friendly, knowledgeable and excellent support.Our House uses the service of 500/500 fibre link, have not had any major issues and it works for the full family, gaming, streaming on multiple platforms. Highly recommend Bredband2 . + competitive fee+ great support + Reliable provider+ variable offerings- probably there are but have yet not encounter it yet.

I been dealing with many internet and telco companies and used most of them. I would say that this company have good and concern customer service and atleast they give solutions. Most important is the problem is solved and there is human behind the phone. The internet speed is good and stabil. used other crap service and they charge much more than what they promise. keep it up

Be careful of sudden price increase by this company!Purchased my internet service via umeåenergi's website to get internet access through umeåenergi's fiber network, advertised price on the website was (and still is) 39Kr per month for 300/300 service they even offer 10% discount for entire year. couple of months later recieved an invoice of 89kr for same service, when contacted breadband2 they put the price back to what it was supposed to be, again few months later same story, got a doubled invoice and this time when I called them they tried to sell a 12 months binding contract for 39kr instead of what I initially had signed for. Funny thing is even in their own website when I enter to my personal page I still see the service which I use for 39Kr and they just send an increased invoice.

Broadband2 was the 1st ISP that I approached, being new to Sweden. And I received the best customer care and service till today without any service disruptions or invoice issues. One of best performer in Sweden is Broadband2.

Smooth process to sign up, desirable speed achieved when using this provider, reasonable costs. Only thing that could improve the experience would be if they had a mobile app.

Rocky start with this company. Ordered 500/500 but only received 100/100. Called support... the agent asked me to find a computer that had 1 gbits network card before they would do the troubleshoot. Told the support that I had a top of line gaming laptop and router here still they refused to check the speed of the connection from their end. This went on for 7 days before they said there was some technical error in the network.
