I can't say enough positive things about BRECK + FOX. The store offers a fantastic selection of products and great gift options. One of the items ordered arrived damaged. Breck and Fox customer service is outstanding. I bought 2 sunset lamps from Breck and Fox. The lamps were advertised as being rechargeable, neither lamp is. The lamps do not project the same color patterns the website advertises. I am also skeptical of their reviews as there is no way to review them on their site. I emailed them about the issues and they responded with reset instructions for a different product they sell. They did not address all the issues or propose any solution to fix things.
I've looked at the moon light and finally purchased one. It arrived but to my dismay...with no charging cable. I contacted customer service and received a quick response that cords would soon be on their way. The cords arrived quickly and I am now enjoying my wonderful moon light.

At first I was highly suspicious of this company especially with some rather bizarre tracking anomalies but was able to communicate with the company. However, I did eventually receive the item I purchased and I am pleased with it. My only complaint is that when purchasing it appears you are doing so in your local currency but it all ends up being in US$ - which makes it more expensive than first appears.
