Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites

This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between bravofly.com.au and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.

Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam

I really appreciate the good services you are providingThanks to Mr. Maneulj
What it states that you'll pay, is not what they charge. It stated that i had to pay 430 euro for my flight, i typed in my Paypal information and press pay. Then paypal informs me that 500euro has been drawn form my account, and i get an invoince with the "new price" in it, instead of the price it said on the website. At least i have my tickets, but i feel scammed with the prices.
Do not book with Lastminute or any subsidiary like Bravo. My flight was cancelled, through no fault of my own and they are only offering a partial refund. Spent a month trying to get hold of them and their customer service is terrible. They even stated in writing that they would refund the full amount and now are going back on that.
After the hidden fees isn;t good price to book here. You can get better price elsewhere and avoid the disgusting experience of having this pieces of cr#p trying to steal your money and some extra top line revenue.
I was given the opportunity to explain exactly what I need and answered in satisfaction, and the patience too.
no serviceno reservation confirmationnoone reachableno company?the only thing they do is take your money, you dont even get a fake confirmation like with a decent scammer.
Last Saturday (30-11-2024)I was looking at ticket prices from Copenhagen to Lisbon But the bravofly ticket price looks a little lower. I started giving my information as soon as I put the information in the system the ticket price increased from 1469 to 1777.44. I backed out without buying the ticket. I didn't buy the ticket nor even fly because of the high price. Shortly after that I saw the confirmation email. How was the confirmation mail given despite the fact that I did not purchase the ticket? And money was also deducted from my bank. Isn't it daytime robbery? I did not get any solution after talking to the customer service about this issue. They said this is their robbering system. How funny!I do not know whether this money will be given back?
Vert polite. Good service
It is seldom that one do get such commitment and assistance nowadays with all the latest Technology - I am still from the old school and as CEO of an 43 year old Company if only half our Staff will offer the same type of assistance we will challenge Elon Musk.Thank you Swathi R
My high rating is for the conversation, but the issue does not resolved yet, but the agent "akanksha" helped me with sending an email with the voucher code. I faced an issue to use the voucher code in flight booking. akanksha informed me that escalated my request with the sales team, to help me and contact me as soon as possible to help me use my voucher in the flight book. again thanks for akanksha for kindness and guidence and patient.
Tried to assist. And assured me that there will hopefully be an alternative solution to the issue because the flight have cancelled my ticket
I booked with them ticket from adelaide to auckland. It has been two days since the booking and bravofly haven't issued the ticket for whatever reason. Update : they have issued my ticket now. So it's all good.

Aldena is very helpful in resolving my issue of checking in and to get my boarding pass. Proactive and able to provide me a remedy to get my boarding ticket physically at the counter.
stay the hell away is all i Can say. Master con artist scammers, booked a flight price obviously changed (amay experienced this). Ended up paying 500 euros more. I tried to get a refund, options were losing 100 euros or travel credit. I again made the wrong decision and took the travel credit. The issue is the voucher only works if the price suits them, so if you find a good fare on skycanner and choose bravofly, the place to add the voucher magically disappears, pretty amazingly crafted scam. I then got a call from customer service after saying the voucher does not work, the lady did the booking (good enough price) used the voucher, sent me a link to pay 1 euro (my voucher exceeded the price but still had to pay 1 euro which became 24 euros because you need a visa electron for the discounted price of 1 euro (and who has a visa lectron in 2024??). Again magically I used 4 different cards that all normally work but this time it didnt. So then the lady said we have to start over and again magically the price went up 175 euros (I know this sounds made up but this is a true story ladies and gents, absolutely unbelievable). At this point I was so exhausted I just told her to book it. With the higher price the website started to function properly again. Absolute thieves, but you have got to admire the level of sheer con artistry, Pablo Escobar couldnt have come up with a better scam. Stay the hell away from lastminute, bravofly and all their sister companies (volagratis, rumbo, jetcost, weg.de, crocierissime, hotelscan. Have a nice evening everyone!
Kavita was the person I spoke to today. She was very patient, understanding and very helpful in helping me to resolve my issues She restored my faith after receiving some not so helpful previous responses Thank you!
So far the company made me feel that they helped me in my questions that I had. Now I will wait for my answers. Is my first time booking with this company so I dont have so many experinces. Let see, cause I had to pay more than I should.
**Review for Brave Fly Online Travel Agent**I booked a flight through Brave Fly a few months ago, expecting a smooth experience. However, I had to cancel my departing flight and was assured that I'd receive a refund. It's been more than two months now, and I still haven't received my money back. Every time I follow up, Brave Fly gives the excuse that Batik Airlines is not issuing the refund. As a customer, I expect the travel agent to handle such situations efficiently, but their lack of responsiveness and accountability is disappointing. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I wouldn't recommend Brave Fly to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy service.
Airlines changed my flight timing and gave an option to cancel the flight and so did I. However, it has been nearly 3 months and I'm still waiting for the refund. Every time i have a conversation with them I'll get a different answer. I'm concerned about my refund now. Please be away from this website. This looks like a big scam.
The hotel is a art deco kind of hotel , the room we were in was very small with limited storage space and in fact any space , walls were very thin so you can hear people talk next door and people open and close there front doors all night long ! . No tea or coffee in room . Lifts took forever to arrive on are floor ((3) , we ended up walking down the stairs all the time , the advert stated room with free breakfast , which it included a (grab and go ) which I threw in the bin as was totally fowl ! . If you want to sit in the restaurant to have your “free” breakfast it will cost you $6.50 pp and is a very limited boring menu which is not worth the money , stated it was a gluten free restaurant which man stated only one was and it was partly gluten free . Won’t be staying again . Nice staff though

“Avoid the temptation”

Positive: Bravofly can get very competitive fares. However, nothing compares with an agent who knows the routes and connections. For simple one carrier flights they are probably ok. But for complicated routes or if there is the possibility that you may need to change later, don't go near them. In Europe they are uncommunicative, and that is if you can get them on the phone.

“Rogue Traders”

Now I know Bravo-fly do the same in Australia, as they do in Europe. Rogue Traders, they systematically take more money then what they mention In the first hand. Unfortunately there is no internet police, nor they are regulated, therefore, they get Away with all these things.

“My booking was cancelled and i have no way of contacting the airlines or even bravofly”

I recieved an email informing me that my flight was cancelled due to corona virus and they gave me a number but i never reached them. I went to my bravofly and the options were impossible to rebook it as the site was down. Anyone who knows how to help me pls reach out to me before i do my next move. Im so disappointed with bravofly

“Full Flex package- SCAM!”

Stay away of this company! Ignore it and behave like they don't exist! I booked my ticket with them and they charged me additional 50$ after I approved the real price of the ticket. When I checked my balance, they charged me additional money, even though I clicked that I don't want any additional service. I called the customer service and the guy literally confirmed me that is not fair, but they had even worse scams with higher amounts :O Are you serious!? At the end of useless conversation, the guy said they will not refund me any money? STAY AWAY FROM THEM! I am not gonna stop while everybody hears how a big SCAM YOU ARE!

“SCAM? Have been cancelled but charged”

ALL of my bookings have been cancelled without any reasonable explanation, Booking ID *******, *******, *******. While some of booking, which is from HKG to FNA departure date 18 April, which is tomorrow. It is really frustrating that your have cancelled this urgent booking. But the more important is, you have charged my credit cards. I have called the customers services center and they claimed that no money will be paid in cancellation, HOWEVER, from the credit cards centers, they said that all payment is confirmed and will be made. I have read all those comment, if your company cannot make full refund, and send me a proof of transaction document within 3days, I might have to ask help from the media and police force.

“Did not receive refund via voucher. Bad customer service. Dodgy. Do not use them.”

We brought tickets through BRAVOFLY. They charged us in EURO. We contact JETSTAR and they informed us the refund was processed to them. We contact BRAVOFLY and was informed that refund in voucher within 72 hours. It has been now 2.5 months from date of processed payment and 3 weeks from the date BRAVOFLY said they were going to refund via voucher and still we have not received the voucher. So many phone calls and email and all they say is It will be sent ASAP and we still have not received the refund voucher. Very unhappy and frustrated with their service. To avoid issues please buy tickets directly through the airline and not through BRAVOFLY.

“This is very SCAM WEBSEITE BE CAREFUL THEY TRYING TO...”

This is very SCAM WEBSEITE BE CAREFUL THEY TRYING TO TAKE YOU MONEY Last night. I had tried to book the ticket with you. But the problem is when i paying i click cancel to book coz i have a problem with the credits card that i using. After i click cancel for refuse paying i got the email confirmation then i call bravo fly in au and they not give the money back! What the hell wrong is this? I had CLICK to CANCEL THE PAYMENT BUT WHY I HAVE TO PAID AND CONFIRM? Then I contact them in AU with 8 hours they said they not refund me because the airline is not, which is BULLL$#*!! Coz i called the airline and they will charge me just $50 Bravofly sent me email that no refunded and my ticket is valid anyway! How? It's another 4 months to go. This is very bad sSCAMMER AND I WILL NOT STOP TO LET EVERYONE KNOW! My booking is ******* to show you all that i'm not fake! Tip for consumers:1 click 4 all your money ! Service Value Shipping Returns Quality

“Philip”

Absolute scammers! Use every trick in the scam book to get extra money from you. Do not deal with these loser scammers!

“9/2/14”

9/2/14 I made a booking with this website, it was cheap but a few days later they took the money from my account and I received an email saying your booking is cancelled due to technical difficulties (They agreed its their website fault). They suggested me to call a number which asks for your credit card details and charges you 5-6 Euros per minute to talk to an operator in India who is barely understandable and frustrating like a frigging thought parrot. - Wasted money calling them -Got my confirmed booking cancelled -Money still not refunded after 1 week -They dont have managers to speak to -Staff are unavailable and rude -They lie in a million way to avoid talking to you and to end your call -No main point of contact - operators dont tell you their name or etc -Emails not responded Im still unsure if I can get my 2000 dollar money back, its been 7 days and they said it can take up to 30 working days. This is illegal under Australian laws but they are not based in Australia. Operators I dealt with: Timea Nagy, Moufida MAZNI, Bianca Toth They all lied to me in several ways which I later found out they only tried to hang up on me on the phone.

How To Remove Your Information From the Internet

Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.

We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.

Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
