Is braumarkt.com Legit?

It took almost 2 months (!!!) to get my order. Ordered 2 Oct, received on 21 Nov. Yes, I read notifications about delays, and as I get used to long waiting times, first week I waited. Then customer service replied that they are still in the process of booking it till the end of the month. Ok, I waited some more and asked for status but it was not ready still. Then they asked to replace White Labs yeast because they became not available (no wonder if 1 month is already passed). I had to call and they said that order will be shipped that day - but I got no message again! Called after a day - and they said there are no Challenger hops... though after they checked it looked like they finally shipped order, but didn't send me track & trace code.If I didn't get a gift certificate from my friend to buy at this shop, I'd simply cancel this order. It was an absolute mess. I don't think I will order delivery from this shop ever again, and absolutely don't recommend to do so.

We waited 2 months for the brewkit to arrive. Communication has been terrible, the telephone number for support doesn't work and they don't bother to answer emails. We find out they are moving premises. Ok but you need to inform customers so they know what is happening because we thought the website may have been a scam. Now that it has arrived we find there are no instructions. You need to scan some code. We have tried several times and we are going round in circles, downloading various apps and still no instructions!!!!!! What does it take to print basic instructions for people and include inside the box. No wants to have to open their phone every time they want to see how to do something.Brewing beer should not be this stressful.A page on your website with links to each download for each product would be more user friendly for people who don't live on their phones.I have also been on the website as you would expect basic files to be accessed there for download and printing. Nope nada, nothing. Write a ticket and wait 3 days for a response or none at all.

Order was delivered in 2 days. For gods sake brewer and grower both need to check and correct ph value. I would recommend Braumarkt.com if you're in need of some brewing equipment or even if you're a grower and not a brewer. If you're looking for storage solution for your ph testing device, look no further.

I understand that they were having trouble after moving warehouses! Stated I should receive products in a weeks time. One box came after 5 weeks, one after 6 and the last stuff came in after 7 weeks. Customer service was no help... Critical posts on their social media platforms were quickly removed...The company was great in the past so I hope they can solve these issues before too long!

I will give a 5 stars because I can see a huge improvement recently: there is way more stock than before, the implementation of their Academy is very nice (though don't forget about us, the not-yet-Dutch-speakers :D), new brands products being added, fast delivery... anyway, they are now my go-to shop, were I used to buy from Belgium before. Thank you for all of the effort! it's been noticed :)

For a company training we organized a brewing day for 20 people. The braumarkt staff was very well organized and we all had a great day, learning but also having fun.My only improvement would be to improve ventilation in the room, as with 5 kettles boiling it was very warm and humid even with the windows open.Beside the brewing academy, the shop has an extensive range of ingredients and equipment, and they also have beautiful hop merch

Should be a 4.5.Selection was wide. Price was good. Delivery was fast.Only problem was with a device for sealing aluminium sleeves (Capsuler v aanbrengen Aluminiumcapsules), which didn't work very well.This was not the fault of Braumarkt though (hence '5')Fortunately we ordered plastic heat-shrink sleeves, which are excellent.

It took them weeks to work on my order and I ended up having to buy from a different shop. When I emailed them and cancelled the order, THEN they decided to just ship my order as a response!

This is a great company to deal with. I had a parcel go missing and the item was resent without any quibble. Their carriage charges are very reasonable and delivery times are very good. The other thing is they have a really extensive and comprehensive stock list at very competitive prices. I will continue to buy my brewing equipment and ingredients from Braumarkt

I’ve ordered twice, and both times things got delivered quickly. Second time a small part was missing, but customer service responded quickly and sent what was missing. All in all a nice experience, no complaints

Perfect process: browse, order, packaging, delivery. I managed to get at a reasonable price a batch of Bormioli Jars that in the UK are sold as if they were a luxury item, so now my kitchen is in perfect order without getting a mortgage. Will order again.

After some hard times I decided to give Braumarkt another go and ordered almost 70kg malt grain and sugar for personal use. Order processing and delivery went well and I was barely charged for the delivery costs.

Excellent SAV. Out of many orders without any issue, I received a defect product. Problem was solved timely. Very appreciated

Quick order handling and shipping. Bit of a pitty that even on small (envelop-size) orders, they do not adjust minimum shipping fees.

The warehouse move that happened took longer that expected and I had to cancel a part of my order and order it somewhere else after more than a month of waiting.

First class service and good prices.I'd use the all the time if they had a postal rate for under a kilo so that I could grab some hops and a couple of sachets of yeast from time to time.

All is fine. I would give 5 stars if they would put the instructions on the website, because the description is often not clear.
