Is brass-works.co.uk Legit?

I ordered Yale door knobs Tuesday morning just before 9am, received them via DPD befire 3pm the following day at my home in rural Northern Ireland. What a great service this company provides and at great prices too.

Really impressed with the service. I received a very prompt reply to an email and when I placed the order it was dispatched and received extremely quickly. Item was carefully packed too! Great stuff.

Placed order on 18th and 19th August paid standard delivery. Now 29th and still no email to notify despatch or received items. I think 10 days for standard delivery is stretching it. Won't be using this company again will go to Hiatt hardware who offer a much better service. I would add I am a joiner and thought I would try another company, hopefully to find different products for my future projects.

Excellent service provided by Brassworks. I ordered locks, latches, handles and hinges for my new doors. Products are of great quality and very reasonably price. I also had a small issue with the locks/latches and Brassworks immediately provided a solution and sent us a ones. Cannot fault Brassworks at all. Thank you.

Loving my door handles and bathroom locks, although they haven’t been installed.I do wish there were slightly darker tones of brushed brass, rather than yellow or antique brass. Also would be great if we could purchase door handles as a complete set including the locking mechanism or at least a suggestion for a suitable/matching part.Nonetheless, loving my purchase.

5* Customer Service - the guys were helpful, understanding and efficient. They resent a product quickly and free of charge after a failed delivery occurred (this was the delivery company’s fault - not mine or Brassworks). Product arrived within 24 hours and was very good quality product and reasonably priced. We definitely use them again.

I had just moved house and needed new door handles i chose Brassworks for the look and excellent price, the delivery was exactly on time and the handles look fantastic, id recommend Brassworks all day long. I bought sometime in April not sure exact date. Thanks Brassworks 😊

Ordered letterbox and door knocker from 2 other companies on Wednesday, all arrived by the weekend, however the lock and hinges hadn't arrived, today is Monday and new door being fitted tomorrow. I haven't even been advised my order has been dispatched by BrassWorks! I sent email Saturday and phoned and left message this morning. Just got email confirming my order placed last Wednesday has not even been dispatched so requested order cancelled. Why so slow?

Excellent radiators. One small problem is that the pallet delivery service did not communicate as well as most delivery services. The tracking link didn't work and their website is not user friendly. And the single driver struggled with the weight of the pallet.

Recently decided to replace door handles & ordered 4 sets from Brassworks, having looked on line. Exceptional service even though it was only for a small order. The handles were delivered on time and were very good quality at a good price. Even taking postage costs into account they were 50% cheaper than Amazon! Excellent - would certainly deal with them again.

Ordered 3 cupboard door knobs with screws. One knob had screws missing. I phoned, very helpful and apologetic staff, next day a new knob and screws arrived! Excellent service and good quality product. Thankyou.

The dimensions of the handles were as described correctly and the quality and price of the door handles were as advertised. Prompt shipment and an easy buying experience, defo use again.

I ordered my door handles on 11th May 2024, I still haven’t received my door handles and it is nearly July! I have emailed multiple times to chase my door handles and still have not been given a set in stone date. If I’d have been advised straight away that these handles were not due back in stock for months, I would not have ordered them and gone elsewhere but I was not given this courtesy! This is holding up my house renovation as I cannot hang my doors due to no door handles. It is beyond ridiculous now!
