Is brandosa.com Legit?

I don't like the returns policy as I found it really inconvenient. I no longer work so have no workplace address to be used as a collection point. Staying in all day waiting for Parcel Force to collect a returned item feels really quite old-fashioned in these days of central collection points such as those operated by Collect+. I'm afraid it will stop me from using the site in the future.

I ordered Timberland shoes, size US7M (EU40), but instead of size US7M, Brandos had sent the wrong size i.e. US10,5M (in a 7M box). The error was corrected immediately on the day of my complaint: Brandos (re)send that same day the correct size. I highly appreciated the fact that I could talk to a Brandos service employee by phone and explain the problem, next to sending an e-mail to an (impersonal) e-mail address. Perfect service.

I ordered a pair of boot online on Saturday morning, and they were at my house on the following Thursday! The boots are perfect; they arrived in the Betsey Johnson box inside a plastic shipping bag. The online shipping tracker was nice to see when my boots left the Brandosa warehouse, but it was a little confusing knowing exactly where they were once in transit, especially when they entered the UK where it appears they sat in customs for a few days... Either way -- no complaints! Great boots and quick shipping with no hassles, who could ask for more?

Excellent online sports branded footwear store bought a fantastic pair of trainers which costs £80.00 in London bought for £67.00 bargain or what. You should do the same and get shopping plus free delivery and return you cannot go wrong can you just try them..

fine if you know your exact size and can purchase a pair of shoes without having to go through the nightmare of a return! Communication after return request slow and tedious and the logistics of the return just terrible. Basically if you are unemployed oe retired with nothing to do except sit at home waiting from 8.am to 5pm for a pick up by Parcelforce, then you won't have too much of a problem!

Ordered shoes and were delivered 5 days later. Was able to track delivery all the way. Unfortunately had to return them but really easy to do. Email to customer services and within an hour the free collection was arranged. Would definitely use Bandosa again :)

Stumbled across the website by accident and was surprised how much cheaper branded shoes were than on the high street. They offer free delivery and returns and you can track the order from the minute it has been placed and until you get the parcel to your door. I will be using them again and have no complaints or worries.

I've ordered shoes for my little one. They arrived from Sweden very quickly and with a hand written personal note - very funny, very touching approach to clients. I've also dealt with their customer services - very quick, polite and efficient. One thing only to mention - their phone line in UK is not available at the moment, which is a shame, but email contact was as quick as phone! I will definitely use Brandosa in the future and I'll highly recommend them to others.

Always a bit worried when ordering for the first time from a different company, shoes arrrived in perfect condition, with the added bonus of a discount. Hope if there was a problem that it would be sorted out okay. But order was very quick with no problem.

Came across Brandosa via Google shopping link, website was very straightforward to use, paid and checked out without any hassle. Price was the best on the web, Delivery was very quick indeed. Very happy with the shoes. Recommended to a number of family and friends. Have used several times since for shoes and trainers for myself and my children. :)

I got trainers at a great price that were despatched quickly. Unfortunately the courier chosen is less than competent and didn't even come to my home to attempt a delivery. However, that is not entirely Brandosa's fault, the trainers are legitimiate at a great price and they were sent promptly. Would use again.

I would rate this company as 0 if I could. I ordered 23 pairs of shoes from Brandosa through their outlet store on Amazon to find out 6 days after placing the order that they have cancelled the order. Brandosa have given no reason as to why they have cancelled my order. I would like them to contact me personally to explain and to honour my original order. Awful experience - have no faith in this company.

Considering my nice new boots travelled a long way over the Easter weekend, they arrived quickly, though not the 5 -6 days I expected. I'd had a query about the colour that was answered immediately with a friendly reply. Overall a good experience and I would use again.

Had not received purchase and seemed unable to get through to anyone, perhaps a little quick to leave a negative review!! Have been fully refunded and re-ordered. Just received my lovely new boots!! Thanks guys!!

Shoes at the best price I could find plus an extra £5 off just for signing up to their news letter; free returns too, not that I needed them. Prompt service with tracking on my parcel so that I knew exactly when it was in the van and on it's way. I've already recommended to a friend who has also ordered from and received goods from Brandosa.

My wife bought a pair of EMU boots some time ago and reckons they are the most comfortable she has ever had. I recently purchased a Pair of EMU Brunswick boots. Delivery was prompt, replacement due to my ordering wrong size was equally promt, and they are very warm and comfortable. We will be more than happy to use Brandosa again when the need arises.

I ordered one design of shoe in two different sizes. The shoes looked lovely on the website photos. Disappointed when they arrived to find that part of the shoes was in fact patent leather which was not made clear on the website description or photos. They were very high quality and beautiful but sadly not suitable for my purpose. Would have been fine for a wedding or special occasion but not for everyday. I returned both pairs but the returns service is via ParcelForce and I had to wait in for the collection to be made. Would have been much easier if I could have taken the parcel to Post Office or CollectPlus service. Customer Services were very helpful.

I failed to receive my voucher to receive £5 off my first order, I called customer service and spoke with Matt who credited me with £5. My only criticism so far is the silly opening hours to call customer service, please extend them! Otherwise all good!

I checked the Brandosa site for the boots I was looking for, and it showed the best price I had seen. To make things even better, the site offered a 20% off voucher straight away, which convinced me to order the boots from this company. I placed my order and received the boots within 4 days of ordering (the delivery date was estimated at 5 days). I was impressed with the service - emails were sent to advise me of confirmation and dispatch, and I could track where my order was up to. I would definitely use Brandosa again.
