I bought this tee shirt which I ordered black one instead I received navy so I contacted them and they replied as to send pictures which I did while I was trying on and took the tag to check the fitting properly so their reply was you have wore the item and took the tag off so we can do anything and I got a feeling this item is not genuine Armani . Very poor communication so avoid and avoid shopping. I have been force to keep the item which I did not order that colour. AVOID AVOID

I brought a kettlebell from Brandedwear on 02-04-2024.The plastic coating of the kettlebell splitted out making a lot of cast iron powder scattered on my floor. It is first time customers and I didn’t write my address correctly. The package was returned to them and contacted customer service they were helpful after they received the item they edited my address as I requested and sent me on next day delivery so I give them five stars.

Beware of this store and I recommend using another retailer. I bought a pair of lacoste trainers which upon inspection one shoe was deteriorated or poor quality with the other shoe having spec's of white mold. I sent them back paying for the postage but didn't receive a refund until over a week after they'd received. When I got my refund they even took another £4 so in total I actually lost nearly £10 for nothing. Very shady retailer and I will never shop with Brandedwear ever again. #1857

Needed a large water bottle for my night shift at work. Saves me taking 2 bottles of water. Ordered easily, came within a couple of days, looks smart and does the job... and it was surprisingly less expensive than other equivalents. Does the job, thank you.

This kettlebell set was about 30% cheaper than any other I saw. Seemed too good to be true but sure enough, it arrived within 3 days of ordering. Happy days!

Product good, but make sure you know your size. Arrived quickly, but returns process appalling. BW recieved my return on 22/03, as of 14/04 still waiting refund into PayPal account. Poor responses to online query forms. Last over 5 working days ago told me refund processed and would be with me in 3-5 working days. Not good enough, no goods no refund. Will escalate if no refund within next 48hrs. EDIT: 14/04, refund received.

Shirt was exactly as described and I was pleased with the price and communication but it was sent to me with the security tag still on .Luckily I managed to remove after a struggle because I had the tools. Probably would put me off from ordering anything else.

The trousers are very nice , but the size don't fit at all, i was alwas 34/34, but these ones are way too tight on my waist. I'm thinking either on returning them or somehow try to loose them up a liitle bit, i really want to keep them, they are so nice and good fabric.

Brandedwear had stock of these somewhat hard-to-get-hold-of Jeans. Had most sizes. Genuine items at great price. I'm buying more!
