In our case, we were purchasing and transferring a domain, something we hadn't done before, but our escrow representative walked us through every spot we weren't sure about. For a domain buyer is ok, but for a domain seller is a bad platform, they obligate you to give them the exclusivity, their commissions are high, they charge you $1 per submission, takes about a month for them to review your submitted domains, then takes them several weeks more to design a logo, they prioritize specific sellers, they take away your domain from.your Dan account, they charge you a commission even if you sold the domain in a different marketplace, they set the price of your domain conveniently to be in disvantage to their owned domains, and the most important... There is no sales!Horrible brandable marketplace.

BrandBucket support team is the worst support I have ever seen they must learn from Squadhelp.--------It's not about money, it's about how you treat non-US users. there are many people I know who don't like your support, if you want I can ask them to write about their experience.
