Hi, I'm currently talking/dealing with Braja Global Inc and they're about to process my H1B visa and I'm kind of skeptical because though everything sounds legit and professional including their employment process and our email convos, I'm kind of sensing a red flag. This is because I'm currently in connection to my consultant via WhatsApp and he's using a business account using this number +1 (754) 222-0760, but when I asked if I could give him a call, he's the one who called me and instead of receiving a call from a US number, I received a call from him using a Philippine number. This is the number he used 09812474854. Also, my consultant said he's from a Spanish decent but when I talked to him, he sounded like a dude from Nigeria, and I say Nigeria because I had a Nigerian ex and they kinda sound similar. I dunno, maybe it's just me and my trust issues but hopefully, these guys are not playing. I'll give an update soon.
Update: It’s a JOB SCAM. They are SCAMMERS! Okay, so, the prefix 0981 is registered to Smart Communications in the Philippines but when I did a little digging, I found out that 09812474854 can also be a number registered in Pakistan or India. To walk you through everything that had transpired in regards to my experience with Braja Global Recruitment Inc, here’s what happened : 3 weeks ago I applied on bossjobs.com for a job posted by Braja Global Recruitment Inc. Bossjobs forwarded my application to Braja and 4 days later Braja emailed me stating my application is under review and asked me to answer some initial interview written questions to be considered for the job and so i just went ahead and answered their questions as I see no harm in doing so. 3 days later, Braja emailed me again stating I have been qualified and accepted for the job and that they have found an employer willing to sponsor me yada yada yada. 4 days later, Braja emailed me again asking for scanned copies of my personal documents and to fill out a travel document form and to have it notarized. They were gonna submit these documents to my prospective employer so they can process my petition which requires an I-129 application form. They also informed me that I should shoulder part of the processing fee for my H1B visa as part of the measures they take due to unscrupulous job seekers. When they started asking for payment, I started having an uneasy feeling about it. A Senior Consultant and a Client Support started talking to me and because I had a weird/eerie feeling toward them, I did a bit of research about these two individuals and the two companies they represent namely, Braja Global Recruitment Inc and Best Immigration Consultants. Edward Aviles Senior Consultant, Braja Global Inc. www.brajaglobalinc.com Matt, Client Support Best Immigration Consultants As I was doing my research, my gut instinct somehow tells me that I'm about to be scammed so I contacted a friend of mine who is a Marketing Executive in a bank in Mumbai and asked if he could check my consultant’s number for me. When he checked the number, he confirmed to me that the number was actually a registered Indian number and also told me this guy’s identity. So after confirming that my consultant is actually in India and not in Florida, I had messaged my consultant and the client support telling them I already have with me the needed documents as per request but before I send them scanned copies of the docs, I wanted know my client support’s full name and the URL or link to their LinkedIn profiles for identity verification purposes. Also, I asked for the client support’s WhatsApp number. I told them I was just doing my due diligence as I should as an applicant thus having requested the aforementioned details and also for precautionary measures for which they should understand. It’s weird ‘cause usually they would respond pretty quickly but when I asked about their personal details, they were like caught off guard. So I clickbaited my consultant and pretended I was gonna give him my payment for the processing fee. A few minutes later he responded and, My consultant’s response was: [5:27 PM, 2/6/2023] Braja Global Inc : Hello Shandy, I received your inquiries and I am a bit tied up at the moment. I will respond shortly. Thanks! .….6 hours later, still no response….. So I just decided to send them my last message saying I already know who they are, and I won’t let myself be scammed by them.

If this job and its recruitment process are legit as you have previously mentioned, then I shouldn’t wanna miss on this great job opportunity right? I just have a few questions that I simply couldn’t just brush off as they are causing red flags and I need your answers. 1. Why doesn’t Braja Global Recruitment Inc have any social media presence? 2. Is Best Immigration Services an American Company? Matt’s email is [email protected] so I would presume you would say yes. If so, then why does google say it’s an Indian business with its address located in India? 3. Why did you hire me without even letting me undergo initial phone/video call interview from Braja HR? 4. You said you’re currently in Florida but when you called me last Friday, why did you use a number registered in India? 5. You also said you’re of Spanish descent and that you’re a Senior Consultant located in Florida working for Braja Global Recruitment Inc but when I talked to you over the phone, you didn’t have an American accent. How come you sounded more like a guy from Nigeria or India? And I say this because I dated two Americans before, I had a Nigerian ex, and I have a few Indian friends as well. I’ve heard them all speak over the phone and in person so I can actually recognize these people’s accents including those who speak English with British, Australian, Russian and Jamaican accents. 6. Being in two places at the same time is impossible. So how were you in India and in Florida at the same time last Friday? I have a friend who’s working as a Marketing Executive at a bank in Mumbai and I had asked him to verify the number you used when you called me and he confirmed to me that you used a number registered in India and he told me about your identity too. As much as I don’t want to miss on a great job opportunity such as what you’re offering, I also don’t want to give a scammer a single centavo of my hard-earned money. This game is over Rahul. I already know who you are. I suggest you stop doing these insidious acts such as scamming people and turning scamming into a career. Advertising job scams is a cyber crime. I know you’re about to scam me with this fake job opportunity but it turned out to be unsuccessful. Sorry not sorry. During my history classes back in high school, I had learned about the brave and nationalist Indians who had portrayed a great sense of loyalty and devotion to your nation. They had fought hard and had sacrificed a lot for your country’s independence and honor. History books portrayed India not just one of the first cradles of civilization but also as a great and proud nation with brave people uplifting honor and dignity. But with what you’re doing, you’re not making your country proud and you’re just dragging it down through the mud. You should do better. Stop doing cyber crimes and be a good example for your family, for your country, and for the future generation. Do something that your kids or future kids will be proud of. Your ancestors did not fight hard and sacrificed their lives to achieve your country’s independence just so its future generations such as you can turn out to be scammers. Your mother did not carry you in her tummy for 9 months, took care of you and raised you just so you can end up extorting people of their resources. Thank you for the experience though. According to US laws, and to an attorney I have talked to, all processing fees for H1B visas should be payed for by the employer. In case the sponsoring employer asks the employee to pay part of the H1B processing fee and promises to reimburse it after coming to the US and working; such practice is not legal because, again, as stated in the US immigration law, it should be the employer’s business expense. Stay woke, be vigilant, and do your research. Don’t ever give a scammer a single centavo of your hard-earned money!
Hi, I’m currently talking/dealing with Braja Global Inc and they’re about to process my US visa. they asked for view details from my side. I didn't give it yet. They told me to fill DFA form and share. I was confused with the procedure, that's why I checked the whole internet to get to know about the company.
I got the same process as you are. So, what happened to your application? Are you in the US now?
Last Dec 11, 10 evening. A representative from Braja called me for initial interview using their # from Florida. I'm sure it's their # because when I search it in Google. Their address appear. Then in the morning, they mail me saying that I was selected by one of their employers. I just send my DFA form earlier because I'm not from US. I don't know if their legit but as long as their not asking for money because they said that my employer will pay for my expenses and will be deducted after I came to US, then I will continue what they asked me too.
