Is bragan.net Legit?

We have been fitting Bragan light bars to all of our Trucks for the last 3 years and they are all great quality and sensibly priced. We would recommend to all our haulage friends.

I have bought a couple of items from this seller. Postage was quick and constant updates on where your parcel is. Had a small issue with one item purchased which was dealt with immediately. So highly recommended

I bought roof rails for my Vito which arrived quickly and well packaged. Brilliant after sales service in replacing some parts that were lost.

Just an update on my previous review. Bragan have said that they will arrange for the goods to be uplifted but even although they were advised an uplift date they have not got to me yet confirming this. Will wait and see if their courier arrives tomorrow and if not then I will instruct my lawyers to deal with them. Just wouldn’t advise anyone to deal with this company.

Bought side steps for a Ford Kuga and when they came the fitting kit was wrong, instructions were not only unreadable and incomplete, but so badly implemented it was disgusting. NO contact number for help either! NOT impressed at all!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!Update, after still refusing to provide a helpline contact number and making us jump through ridiculous hoops to sort out an issue THEY created, they have now resorted to insults which is beyond unprofessional!! Total cowboys!!!!

Was after some roof bars for my Kia Sportage, looking round and doing research I came across Bragan ones. After some emails back and forth, which were always replied to promptly and efficient and helpfully. I found the bars needed for my car and ordered. They were dispatched very quickly and received present correct and well packaged only a short time later. Product exactly as described. Fits perfectly and does the job. Would definitely recommend. Purchased a bonnet guard for my 22 plate Transit custom, I had been looking at different options for a while and did not like some of the designs. Then I saw a listing on Ebay by this company for a design I liked, once purchased and fitted I must say I'm very happy with the material, the fitting and the look, very good product

My review is beneath this. It was accurate and followed the guidelines. The company themselves have tried to have it removed 3 times. The first time I removed my personal opinion from the post and now I have met guidelines. For me this speaks volumes. If you want to discuss this company please respond and I will give a telephone number or email to go further into depth on this. I am currently due 3.46 holidays, a bank holiday, one hour and 6 hours overtime due this week. I will update on my experience tomorrow.

I’m not a big reviewer but once in a while you come across certain companies that you feel they deserve some good words. This is one of the companies, it’s not often you come across a company with top quality products and first class customer service all rolled into one. I currently drive a VW Caddy SWB fitted with their chrome bull bar along with integrated led’s and the build quality is amazing and led’s add a lovely touch especially at night. In my opinion just set the van off. The folks at Bragan are very knowledgeable and helpful and always willing to answer any questions you may have. They supply everything you need to get the bar looking just the way you want it. Keep up the good work folks it’s appreciated.

Bought a roll bar for my Xclass Mercedes. Ridicoulsy over wrapped and took 1 hour to unpack. Then fitting instructions which are about as much use a chocolate tea cup!! Then when complained told it should be fitted by a professional. Useless !!!!!!!

These look great but beware! This is the second set I've ordered as the rear ones don't seem to grip that well and I lost one somewhere, they aren't sold individually so I had to but another set. Advice cable tie them on.

I bought a pair of stainless steel side bars for a LWB Citroen Relay from Bragan. They arrived in just over a week from Ireland which given the current situation is pretty good. The bars were well packed and arrived in good condition. Once I sorted out which brackets went where fitting was straight forward and I am very happy with the way they look. The integrated steps make entrance to the van considerably easier. I would definitely recommend Bragan based on my experience

Contacted Bragen as I’d bought some 2nd hand bars and needed the fitting instruction.Their response was timely and they were more than helpful.Loving my new top bar, low bar and perimeter kit for my DAF XF- all supplied by Bragen 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I purchased side bars for my SUV; fast delivery and customer service is a very helpful, fitting guide could be a little clearer, tho.

Thanks very much for the awesome products I purchase for my VW Caddy. Roof racks and side steps. Neither were available from the factory and all the local aftermarket suppliers in Australia products didn’t suit my vehicle. Yours however fitted perfectly again thanks from Tricky Trev🇦🇺👍👍

I bought the the 22.9 inch light bar with DRL absolutely fantastic light bar well made very sturdy fantastic quality I also bought a couple of drl lights white all great quality the girl I spoke to was very helpful and my emails were answered promptly great company to deal with would definitely buy again thank you Jimmy B

First class service, I ordered a set of side bars along with a set of roof bars which arrived quickly and well packaged to ensure no damaged occurred in transit which was great. Opened both packages and was delighted with the quality of both sets of bars. Both took little time to fit, the side bars took a little longer as they are adjustable to suit your needs, both look fantastic and fitted with ease. I understand you can't please everyone but I would consider myself very particular with attention to detail (engineer) and I myself and very happy with what I received so would highly recommended Bragan and will buy from again in the near future!

The company took great care to ensure I had ordered the correct product. Communication was prompt and easily understood. I orders roof rails and they were a perfect fit. Great care had been taken to prevent the goods from being damaged in transit.

I ordered roof rails,cross bars and load stops for my Caddy and they were delivered promptly,even during the Easter break. The items were pretty straight-forward to fit although a little tight when lining up the holes but once there they were great. A cost-effective addition and improvement to the look of the vehicle. Good communication from Bragan.net also. I might go for a bull bar or some side bars next.😁
