I bought several electronics from there, usually mobiles and robomops. All products were good and no defaults. A Xiaomi mobile has been with me for 3 years and still working.

I ordered a PC at great price on Monday, my payment went through, and 2 days later they cancelled it saying there was no stock, which is a lie since the components are available to buy separately on their website.No compensation whatsoever is offered and no honest explanation either. Not to be trusted!!

More than a month ago I ordered a Xiaomi MI Mop 2 (that costs more than 300€ , a lot of money for me).The order went well, but the product was defective so I immediately sent it back for the after sales assistance a couple of days after.I received a message telling them that they received the product back, but nothing more.Up to now a month and a half has elapsed and even I keep writing on the after sales assistance chat they keep telling me that they are waiting for a vendor update.More than 1 MONTH without knowing if my 300€ product will ever be refunded or replaced with a new one.

Ordered a 27" curved gaming monitor.After one week of research 8 found the monitor I wanted was 50e cheaper with BPM power then closest competitors.Took 2 weeks to arrive from Italy to Ireland via UPS.All arrived perfectly and in working order.Very happy as I was nervous buying from a Italian site (in Italian, thank you google translate) but it worked out great!.Shipping was 30e to Ireland, a little expensive but still cheaper then uk or local sellers.

I purchased a Sony TV some weeks ago and I have to say I'm satisfied for the service BPM Power offered me. I sent the order on October 5th. Exactly one week later, on October 12th, I got my TV. No damage, no problem, no delay in the delivery of the item. I recommend BPM to everyone.

This E-shop offer to me the better tech part at a price not ever the best, but anyway I had bought many times and I haven't had problem with the service, for me this is a better way to be a good buyer. So there's other buyer but this e-shop is in my top ten. Good Buy!

Sono passate due settimane e ancora l’oggetto non risulta in consegna, malgrado il fatto che sul sito risulta disponibile con spedizione entro 2 - 3 giorni. Ho contattato bpm power 4 volte senza nessun risultato o tantomeno una giustificazione.It has been two weeks and still no sign of the item, although it shows as available on their website. I have contacted bpm power 4 times without any result or even a word of apology for the delay. Never again!!!

Some problems with the express courier (BRT) that they use. The package was lost by the express courier and fortunately it was found and delivered after a week. During the waiting time I was supported by the vendor, which was interfaced with the courier several times to resolve the issue. Non problems with the goods delivered.

Easy to order, I receive the memory in a few day, the only note the sending cost for me it is a little bit to high. The cost of the component, and everything was OK i was totally satisficed.

i bought an ocz ssd and the shipment has been made afeter 4 days. probably the didn't have in stock this product but they bought it and only after they send it to you. i hope to have no need of rma because reading from other review make me in trouble
