So far the service and support from Banbury has been very good. Speed of delivery is excellent and the products we've used so far have been of good quality. We've recently had an issue with some items arriving damaged but this has been quickly resolved by the team through the online chat system. No complaints and we will be using Banbury on a regular basis.

What a great support! Jason was of great help and went well beyond to help me sourcing some samples and actually directing me to similar products that would be easier for me to source.

Just had to try and source some little feet tubes for dining chairs. What a great knowledge Jason has. No waiting around either - answers almost instant and alternatives supplied as workarounds. It's these small things that bug us in our daily lives and getting round to fixing them can take years - so, delighted to have chosen this company - finally.

Having searched the internet for some headboard bolts that fit my bed. BPF were literally the only people I could find with the 5/16th bolts (imperial) as opposed to the normal M8. I would highly recommend trying these guys should you get stuck for anything 👍🏾

I purchased 8 furniture glides to repair a divan base. The order was delayed and I received good timely Comms to update me. When the order finally did arrive, the glide was already attached to the base and I couldn’t see how to separate them to screw fit the base to the underside of the divan. I went in to their online chat and Christian couldn’t have been more helpful. He immediately went to the warehouse to look at the component, tried himself and when he was unsuccessful contacted the manufacturer. All within a short period of time. He came back with the solution and all happily resolved within the hour. Couldn’t have been more impressed for the service received on this low priced item. Thank you.

Very impressed. I was looking to cover some screw tips in my back gate as they posed a danger. BPF has a fantastic range of products and I was able to find just what I needed, in a wide variety of sizes. The customer services staff were excellent, guiding me to products and information then offering to send me free samples if that would help. As it was, the vinyl caps are so cheap I simply ordered the two types I thought would be about right. One set fitted perfectly and my gate is now safe again for humans, cats and squirrels alike.

I've used this company many times over several years so my review is based on multiple transactions over a good time period.To be honest I've found them to be about as good as it gets in terms of pretty much every aspect of an online sale; the website is pretty damn good and provides clear and concise info (even down to providing FOC samples), the order process simple and effective and the subsequent emails to inform you of delivery info etc are good and quick, as is the delivery.I've actually phoned them on one occasion to place an order and dealt with a really friendly, helpful sales staff. Placed the order at lunchtime and received the goods in the post the next morning as you always do with this company.As previously stated, this review is based upon several transactions ALL of which have been consistently first class.A proper five star experience.

I was looking for an item that had been wrongly referenced on a Car Forum. I got onto BPF online chat and a marvelous person called JASON was there to help. He managed to find the order reference from EIGHT years ago and from that the right item number. My puzzle was solved instantly. What a breath of fresh air. THANK YOU!

Just ordered some products and i had a little hiccup (my end) in the ordering process...was lucky to have Jason help me out so my Order could be Completed.Will definitely use again.

Order number 260734Ordered 2x popup sockets with LEDs, ordering was smooth & delivery was prompt. When they arrived on Thursday one of the LEDs on top of the unit was not working. This can be ascertained simply by plugging it in. The unit clearly wasn't QC checked prior to dispatch. Having to return the unit for a replacement isn't a huge problem, these things happen. Filled out the requisite online form Thursday evening to initiate the return. Contacted live chat support & was expecting an email with a prepaid label on Friday but it didn't arrive. Contacted live chat on Saturday morning and i'm told the return label should now get emailed on Monday evening. This is not ideal since my fitter is due to come install on Wednesday and this delay will cause a lot of disruption. So I'm let down by both the QC and the Returns department and to top it off, while I'm chatting with Jason the live support operator he's clearly in a rush to end the conversation. My demeanor is not unreasonable, angry or abusive but Jason attempts to bring the conversation to an abrupt end on two occasions. Then he condescendingly apologises and says "I thought we'd covered everything and didn't want to waste anymore of your time repeating the same facts we've already relayed"I have been let down by BPF online by 3 seperate departments, I therefore wouldn't consider using them in future. I would also warn others to stay away from this company if they're looking for a reliable service.

BPF's on line chat service delivers excellent customer service, their speed of response, attention to detail and friendly manner is first class.
