Minimal Doubts. Controversial.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this low score? We came up with the 52.7 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to bowerswilkins.com's industry. The algorithm detected possible high-risk activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Questionable. Minimal Doubts. Controversial. tags above. Long story short, we recommend using caution when using this website. But let's explain in more detail.

Explaining Our Analytical Approach

We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:

  • Proximity to Suspicious Websites
  • Threat Profile
  • Phishing Profile
  • Malware Score
  • Spam Score
  • Domain Blacklist Status
  • HTTPS connection
  • Domain Creation Date

While some are self-explanatory concerning bowerswilkins.com, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.

Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites

This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between bowerswilkins.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.

Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam

These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of bowerswilkins.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of bowerswilkins.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. bowerswilkins.com is a dubious website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.

Domain Blacklisting Status

This term indicates whether bowerswilkins.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.

Assessing HTTPS Connectivity

This section provides insight into whether bowerswilkins.com boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.

Safe Check

We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, bowerswilkins.com.

I have a Zeppelin wireless speaker that has been malfunctioning since I purchased it. I’ve been told the only way to fix it is to ship it, and it is a 16 pound speaker. The product is under warranty but shipping cost is not included. Not sure how that happened but ok. After receiving it from the repair shop, we found the speaker is still having the same issue as before. They are suggesting that I ship it back again. More money out of my pocket, more time and effort. What a shame! I love how it sounds but this whole experience is horrible. I thought this company is legit as BMW is using their speaker system, however they clearly don’t care about their customers or the quality of their products. I’d rather save my nerves and spend my money somewhere else.
They sell products that don't work as expectedI have bought two A7 for over 1000 Euro. I was hoping that over the years they would fix their airplay firmware. As of today the firmware still dies when using airplay and I need to chronically reset the A7, start the app and reconfigure it from scratch, which is a long tedious procedure. Their support didnt' help either.I am ditching the A7 for something else that works... I recommend you don't go through the same :-)
I have faulty PX8 headphones and I've literally waited over 3 weeks just for their support to NOT get back to me with a solution (despite being within warranty period and a confirmed defect).I hope anyone considering buying a B&W product reads this page first. Simply don't do it. It isn't worth it.
Their product in general is very good, not counting their awful efforts for wireless and their subs that can only be setup from an app. The issue since they have been acquired is the support is horrific! Trying to get parts is often impossible and no one with the power to do anything seems to care.
I am trying to hear a particular B&W in wall speaker and asked B&W customer service for a location I could go to demo. They passed the buck back me telling me to call their retailers. That will take hours of research. Thanks for nothing! Customer service is dead at Bowers and Wilkins.
I've a pair of Bowers & Wilkins P9 headphones (bought for £500) that needed one of the speakers replacing after less than 4 years of home use. Bowers & Wilkins told me they were unable to offer a repair on the basis that the headphones are "no longer supported". Instead they suggested I get a third party to repair them (though I've yet to find someone that will do this). This isn't a business that's serious about supporting its products.
I wish there was - star to rate.I bought Px8 headphones (700euro) 3 months ago. The head bend leather is gone and I read that the glue and design is the common problem. Where was the quality control?Second thing is… I went back to the shop Harvey Norman in Waterford Ireland and reported the problem. They took pictures and emailed the distributor for Ireland. As it was Sunday they said we are going to contact you on Monday… I did not hear from them till Wednesday so I rang and was told that nobody responded to the email. I was assured another email was sent and they will contact me the very next day… again nothing happened. I rang inFriday just to be told the very same - nobody responded from the B&W and they will contact me later…Stay away from them - my advice as there are other great headphones with better noice canceling and cheaper option.UpdateAfter few weeks I got brand new pair of B&W px8 so I am happy with the outcome… I must then change my experience rate and review to be fair.
What a disgrace customer service is so poor I’d never imagined a company like them you spend so much money and the after sales a so poor I’d never buy again keep clear
Customer service seems to only pay lip service to problems, refuse to actually read your concern, and just palm you off with generic copy and paste solutions. I was dealing with Emelio who single handedly lost them a customer, the biggest shame is the headphones (PS7 X2e) are, in a word, magnificent, but, knowing if anything went wrong I would receive this level of service simply isn't good enough. Very unfortunate, but follows a very similar trend with others as you will read.
Bowers & Wilkins Zeppelin, best looking network speaker but worst working. Software and Alexia doesn’t work at all. The App has to rescan for devices every time I use it, and I have to touch it every time. It can be used as a very expensive Bluetooth speaker nothing else. The software is 100 % defect. As of latest update march 2023 – buy something else
Bowers & Wilkins is in complete misalignment on their Products and Service offerings. They are marketing and selling premium products and leaving their customers in the dark with very poor customer support. After having an issue with my P5 headphones, my service inquiry went unanswered, first strike. Then, I embarked on a journey to try to solve the problem myself. I learned the replacement part was not available on their website. The alternative was listed at US$9 but with a US$25 fee to get it delivered to Canada, strike two. Then I tried to phone their service partner, Emcompass. The first answer was that "P5" was not under their catalogue, strike three. After trying to help their service agent, the reply was the same, US$9 but US$25 to ship to Canada, and no guarantees that it would solve my problem, strike four. Bowers and Wilkins, if you want to play the premium league, your customers expect you value them as premium, with premium service.
A few year ago I bought a headset from B&W. The headset did not connect wireless to my laptop or smartphone. I contacted helpdesk but they did not even bother to reply. So think twice before you buy this piece of shIIIIt
probably the worse headphones you can ever buy. loose connection permanently, customer support worse than bad
Zeppelin speaker - $1000 that can't connect to spotify or Google Home - what is the point in that
Placed an order today and they have screwed up my email site.Order No. BWGB00000911, should have realised a bad omen was in the offing due to the last 3 numbers, 911.Since12.27 today I have received at approximately every minute, (now 17.31) an order acknowledgement. Total to date 310 order acknowledgements. I had originally opened 23 mails and went away for a break, coming back to sheer horror.Due to my bad hands send a member of your staff to delete all these mails which will cost me sheer hell and it is very painful just to type with one finger.Just gone to check my emails now total 300 at 17.44.I will be seeking compensation for this deliberate disruption. Now 17.51 and total of new emails is 309.Very bad nights sleep wondering if the JUNK MAILS have stopped from Bowers & Wilkins. It is now 07.31 Monday morning and the mails are still arriving from them. The new total is now 1151, so hours and hours of work yet to deal with this on all computers.08.38 someone has just noted their computer has played up as they wrongly realise they have NOT HAD over 1189 orders over the weekend. They will see that they have been causing me mayhem and are fully aware of what they have caused. Will they now pick up the phone and speak to me. I have now had 1212 JUNK MAILS.I will be contacting them in a short while if they do not contact me first.Spoke to a couple members of staff and it turns out their IT equipment is based in the US and of course they are not yet awake. Time 12.34 with 1453 mails and still counting. Now advised that there is a holiday in the US so staff will not be back until 20FEB24. Now 17.55 and the total is 1772!

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]

There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:

How To Remove Your Information From the Internet

Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.

We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.

Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
