Long battery life. Very clean and safe shave. Would definitely recommend to my family and friends

cuts so smooth and short i only had to shave two rounds. usually with gillette i have to go 4-5, and it took me half the time. also i could run over pimples and everything and not a single cut. also no hair got caught in the razor after using. i can never go back to a normal razor. also delivery was soo fast, two days. props to bovem. making my already amazing shaving experience 10x better

First time I have felt so safe using a trimmer to clean my rabutans, also I got a girlfriend after using Bovem! Definitely recommend!

Previously had the Globe Trimmer that lasted me since 2020 but I dropped it and it finally died 💀 But I really liked BOVEM’s trimmer since it’s efficient, long-lasting and painless. Decided I could use an upgrade so I bought the Globe Trimmer 2.0. I especially like that it’s waterproof and has a in built light for me to have a better view of hard to see areas. Would recommend to anyone who is looking to invest in a grooming trimmer!

Where do I even start, firstly the website says free worldwide shipping yet still I received ups knocking on my door telling me I had to pay them 40 dollars and that wasn't even my biggest problem. Customer support is impossible to contact .

I was gifted a special essential package from here that included an orbit trimmer and globe trimmer. Yo, that is awesome and most importantly it's convenient! I usually used classical razor with changeable blades, and only now I understood that it was inconvenient at all. I have already tried to trim my facial hair and some hair on the chest using the trimmer and I liked the experience. The skin gets even softer than before, hahaha. Thank you guys, you are doing great job.

I repeated said I didn't order replacement parts yet my credit card was deducted BUT SO CALLED REPLACEMENT REOCCURRING ORDER DEEMED PLACED WAS NEVER DELIVERED. I don't want to deal with a lousy Bovem product which failed my personal experience yet they are thick skinned to claim I order the replacement! F**king shaver failed n died on me n now hv cheek insist I hv replacement parts ordered. Repeated emails didn't do sh$t

I ordered two months back but products was not delivered. Tried to reach out customer care but no concrete response. And still waiting. Super bad experience. Very disappointed…. Never expected this delay and customer experience. And they said its free delivery over $30. Better you take delivery fee and get the damn products delivered.

I purchased this machine knowing it was advertised as no niks and cuts ... it actually cut me pretty bad and a few niks it ruined my night wth the chick i was supposed to hook up with . Contacted customer support probably the worst company ive ever delt with they couldn't even find my purchase order to complain And this has been on going for 2 months now this machine is either a scam or i recieved a defective one. Bovem customer service were very prompt in responding to my queries about my malfunctioning shaver. The shaver was bought from your agent in 2021 and it was explained to me that the warranty has expired. However your staff very kindly offered 50% off the next purchase from your website. And upon my purchase within 24 hours, the new upgraded version of the shaver was delivered to me in 48 hours. Impressive and very professional.

My experience with Bovem's customer support was pretty great! It took some time to verify my warranty details but once that was done, they were extremely quick to send me a replacement device.

I Ordered it 47 days ago and I haven't received it yet, Support email doesn't respond to me and the text support on the website didn't help me at all. Very bad customer service and I 100% recommend you do not purchase from this brand. I Might order from another brand called meridian.-EDITI Recived my trimmer but it was broken, but after talking to customer support I received a refund and I got my money back

Great customer Service. Reported that the nose trimmer was faulty and after going through a detailed investigation, the Bovem team sent me a new trimmer. The support team was very efficient in responding to me. Great job and highly recommended product.

The device is user friendly, and does the job really well. For first time groomers, there are trimming combs which reduces the chance of getting cuts. The LED light is a good feature for better vision.

Item which I bought couldn't operate after 1st time used but Adam solved my problem very effective. He is amazing.

I'm very dissapointed with the service.I Made my order on June 9, paid for the product anf for the transport that should be 4 to 8 days. The product arrived in Portugal on June 29 and got held on customs.I had to pay almost 17€ in taxes (that should be included in the product price and today july 06 i still don't have the product with me.Customs asked for the commercial invoice that i dont have as no email was sent to me with the invoice for my payment. I asked for the invoice on your chat support an received no answer.Resuming, this order is being a complete failure at all aspects.

I have been sending emails for a week but no one answers me, the customer service doesn’t answer, and the order number doesn’t work so I cannot track my order, I hope someone will answer me thank you :(
