We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this low score? We came up with the 18.4 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to bookyourtour.info's industry. The algorithm detected high-risk activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the New. Suspicious. Dubious. tags above. Long story short, we recommend staying away from this website. But let's explain in more detail.
Explaining Our Analytical Approach
We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:
- Proximity to Suspicious Websites
- Threat Profile
- Phishing Profile
- Malware Score
- Spam Score
- Domain Blacklist Status
- HTTPS connection
- Domain Creation Date
While some are self-explanatory concerning bookyourtour.info, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.
Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between bookyourtour.info and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of bookyourtour.info. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of bookyourtour.info, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. bookyourtour.info is a suspicious website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.
Domain Blacklisting Status
This term indicates whether bookyourtour.info has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.
Assessing HTTPS Connectivity
This section provides insight into whether bookyourtour.info boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.
Safe Check
We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, bookyourtour.info.

Firstly We may have been the 'lucky' ones in that the tour guide did have the tickets when we arrived. The tour was supposed to be in 'English' but was predominantly in Spanish which meant that 75% of the time we had no clue what was been said. The tour itself was NOT informative, we passed through rooms, courts, gardens without being told it's history. It was a 2.5 hour tour but we were bored and couldn't wait for it to end. We would not recommend this company nor the tour guide Juan one bit but as many other people have said, you don't even know you are engaging them. I too thought I was booking from the official Alhambra website.A truly disappointing experience
All reciews from other people regarding this organisation is unfortunately enough true! Its one big cheat. After payment with credit card you get an “official looking” confirmation mail, even with user code and password. Once you try to obtain your entry tickets they send you a mail that the tickets are sold out and that they still “try” to get tickets. You won’t! Believe all negative reviws of the other people. Such a shame as we saw the visit as a once in a lifetime opportunity… 🥲🥹
Tickets were bought three weeks in advance and we were only informed 4 days beforehand that they didn't actually exist, so we had to hope for cancellations. In the end there were none, we were reimbursed, but we lost a lot of money going to Granada, travel, hotel, etc, without being able to enter the Alhambra, which was the aim of the trip.ABSOLUTELY AVOID
This company is deliberately overbooking! Unfortunately we believed that alhambra.org is the official web site, but it is not. We booked our tour to Alhambra well in advance of our visit to Granada, but on our arrival we were informed that there are no available tours. The company informed that they are keeping an eye on possible cancellations, which just kept us in a waiting position. The money was nevertheless drawn from our account right before the cancellation (but later refunded). However, it all meant that we lost the chance to visit Alhambre.
Worst experience ever. Booked a tour in Sevilha and they did it to Granada. Asked for my money back as they somehow misleading the things. At least they could change it for tomorrow but the people were so unpolite and they only just to talk not allowing you to explain the situation. Sounds dcam! Do it by yourself!
Don’t use them they are having a no refund policy. Even if you are hospitalized. Also there web addresses make them look official- THEY ARE NOT - stay away and use other better alternatives!!!
A total fraud! We payed the amount and were told that we had tickets. Several times during the last week we received notes that they were not sure that could get the tickets. And finally the day before: no tickets. Lets see if we will have the refund that thay promised!!!!
I wish I had seen these other reviews before I was tricked into buying Alhambra tickets from this "bookyourtour" site! On Oct 14, I bought tickets to visit on Oct 25 - a date which they indicated had availability. Never heard from them until today (Oct 23) when they messaged me telling me that there were no tickets available but that they were "keeping an eye out for cancellations". This is when it dawned on me that I had been tricked into thinking that this was the official Alhambra website. Now it is too late to get tickets! We will have to show up at the ticket office on the 25th at the crack of dawn (the only day we have in Granada) and pray that maybe we can get a couple of tickets. This "bookyourtour" website said they'd refund my money if they couldn't get me the tickets. I'll believe it when I see it. And if I see any suspicious/unauthorized activity on my credit card, I'm going to think it is coming from these people because of the way they do business. Shameful!
First, Book Your Tour (and similar companies) buys up all the 19€ tickets to the Alhambra to resell for 49€, and then give you a rushed 2-hour tour of the Alhambra. Half is of the free stuff, while the other half is the paid stuff (Nasrid and Generalife). Since you are rushed and in a large group, you can’t take time to get the photos you want and don’t learn much beyond “see how the greens of these tiles differ? That means it’s real.” While vaguely interesting, this was NOT the experience I was hoping for on my rare moment in Granada, nor was I happy with such an upcharge. Herding a group of 10-20 people around with headsets that work for only a short distance and with plenty of static is not a good experience, and waiting for 19 people to take their photo so you can take yours, while your headset again goes out of range in a fit of static… SUCKS. Plus, I thought the tour was going to be at least 3 hours, so this was a huge disappointment and a huge layout of funds for a short, bad experience. Sure, the Alhambra is a cool piece of history, but the main reason to BOOK FAR IN ADVANCE is to avoid paying these vultures for a poor experience and just go yourself at your own pace with an informative app. Just think — 10-20 people, let’s say 15, with an upcharge of 30€, is 450€ or 225€/h. That’s a lot for something an app can do for you. Or Wikipedia. Or a high school kid with either in hand.
The guide was nice and friendly. But the guidet tour was terrible.Thr guide did not now much about the place. The booking for an Alhambra guidet tour was very complicate. Do not use this company. The are expensive and thequality is bad.
This company is NOT the official ticket seller for The Alhambra in Grenada, Spain. They sell guided tours. When I booked a tour, I thought I was getting a tour WITH entrance tickets, as shown on their site. However, after payment, I received an email with this statement "Thank you for booking a guided tour of the Alhambra with us.""A few days before your visit we will send an email so you can access the client area and print or download the voucher on your mobile phone. On the voucher you will find all the information about the visit: meeting point, meeting time, contact phone number, etc.""If we were not able to get the tickets, the day before the visit we will cancel the reservation and proceed to refund the amount paid."This is all great and good, HOWEVER, if the DAY BEFORE your visit they have not gotten tickets and cancel your reservation, you are out of luck. A refund is great, but if you've made travel and lodging arrangements (and paid for them) you're stuck. The chances of getting "last minute" tickets are pretty slim, especially during high season. After discovering this and doing more online research, I contacted the company and demanded they cancel the reservation and refund my money, and advised them that their website is a little deceptive. They promptly replied and did cancel the reservation and stated that my refund will appear on my next CC billing statement. (I'll wait and see how that turns out!) Perhaps this company is a reseller/ticket consolidator and buys blocks of tickets. Perhaps it would have all worked out in the end. But, having already made travel and lodging arrangements, I wasn't willing to take that chance. For what it's worth, go to the official website and purchase your tickets.
Overpriced tours at the Alhambra. With the domain alhambra.org they pretend to be the official website of the monument.(Unfortunately, .org domains are no longer reserved for organizations)
This agency is a cheat. Stay away and get your tickets from the official site. Not worth even one star.
We booked their tour on March 8 for the tour date of March 24.on March 16, they informed us that the booked tour was sold out.We already bought flight+ hotel for this visit.what a screw up.

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]
There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
