Is bookoutdoors.com Legit?

Myrtle Beach Bike Week. I needed a place to campout during bike week at Myrtle Beach. My experience with BookOutdoors was excellent! I was able to find a camping spot that was close enough but not too close to all of the activities. Thank You!

Easy to book with BookOutdoors! Email communication was quick, clear and easy to understand.

we booked and then the next day the site told us it wasn’t available. we had to rebook and wait for a refund so that was inconvenient but the CEO personally helped us get it fixed and that was very appreciated. we still got a different type of spot that would work for us.

The website was easy to navigate, picking dates was straightforward, and payment was efficiently done. I'm looking forward to my stay at a new campground for me.

Got a better deal for the RV Park going through BookOutdoor and saved 30%. The process was easy and I was updated each step until confirmation. Would recommend this site for others looking to book.

I don’t like being deceived. I was on what I thought was the REAL Margaritaville RV Resort website. Once I clicked the “reserve” button and saw that the confirmation came from BookOutdoors, I knew I had been had. Once burnt, lesson learnt. Shameful business practices. It cost me $25 to cancel. Buyer beware.

Awesome stay and even more awesome booking experience! We found a beautiful, quiet campsite in the mountains and were able to choose among several dates that worked for us. Soooo much easier than using a state reservations system or having to call a site/operator that never answers. We can't wait to do it again soon!

It was very easy to search for a campground in the area I needed and even easier to book. I knew what I was booking with no surprises!

I was not having any luck finding a reasonably priced campground so we could have a trial run with our new travel trailer. The campground we chose did not show up on other searches even though it had very good ratings.

First time I've used Bookoutdoors.com and the experience was satisfying. They kept me informed though the whole process of booking a reservation. They answered my questions in a timely matter. They also clear up some confusion on an address that I had.

We just booked our first reservation for an upcoming trip in April which comes with free weather protection. We’re happy with the process so far. From what we looked up this site looks to be the same price or cheaper than trying to book direct.

What a well overdue improvement to the camping experience! Anyone that's tried booking campgrounds knows how old and difficult the campground sites and booking processes are. Bookoutdoors made it super easy to find and book the perfect campground. And great customer service as well. 5 solid stars from me.

Great service! There was a pricing error on the bookoutdoors website. When I received the confirmation from the actual campground, it was 3x what I had paid through bookoutdoors! But they sent me an email explaining there was a pricing error on the website, and bookoutdoors had covered the rest (paying the other 2x).

We made our first booking with BookOutdoors and I have to say I'm impressed! First, they had access and availability to a campground we've had a tricky time getting booked elsewhere. Second, after we booked, they had to make a change to the booking and they were quick to contact us, explain the change and even covered a cost associated with the change with the campground! That was good enough for a 5 star review from me and then they topped it off with a cool care package that showed up on my porch today. Such a fun surprise to further get us excited for our upcoming trip. I found my go to company for future bookings!

Ok, first off I want to say we are totally new rv owners and I came across book outdoors and they helped guide me to getting the best spot available. They helped and answered every question I had. I couldn't believe how amazing the check in and check out was, using this company. I have already been giving the recommendation to camping/hiking stores I shop at and all friends and locals I come across. I will use them for every camping trip we plan on taking. They are a new company but definitely growing and is by far the best!!

The site let me book 2 nights even though there was a 3 night minimum which wasn’t listed. It was cancelled & I booked 3 nights. I didn’t see a place for the Good Sam discount either.The CEO emailed me concerned about this & offered to credit me the 10% discount too. I consider this excellent customer service. Thanks
