It's pretty pathetic service and customer care is highly confused about what they can offer and can't. First customer care assured me that they would make delivery to my location. Once I paid the amount and placed my order, the delivery person denied delivery at my location. They wasted my whole day without any communication and after incessantly calling the customer care, I was informed that my order was cancelled. Again, without any call or email, no communication of any sort. Once you pay them, you have to run behind them to get things done. “I departed after suffering a significant financial loss.”
I departed after suffering a significant financial loss. The app still works even though the community administrators are no longer there. But after getting a big Thanksgiving bonus, I'm tempted to believe this is a scam because there are no withdrawal options. I turned to "C_O_V_S_E_C_L_T_D.C_O_M" in order to get help because it will be a miracle if it comes back. They help me obtain roughly $14,000 back from them, so at least they can be trusted.

One Sagar did an excellent job in issuing and reloading my card. I was impressed by the smooth operation. But I have been disappointed by the way they give written promises and do not keep it. In the month of April 2019, i had requested bookmyforex to upload my forex card by $2000 & they have uploaded $ 1927, which is $ 73. It's been 12days now and I have not received my transfer yet. The customer service representative who is incharge rejects my calls. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use bookmyforex for wire transfer. “Unethical and fraud company”
This is a fraud company waiting for an opportunity to grab people's money in the name of refundable deposit. They collect 2% refundable deposit upfront with a clear intent of not returning it. I placed an order for wire transfer to USD, for which they collected 4K as refundable deposit. Their cancelation policy is shrouded in mystery and not at all clear. Since I was getting a much better rate elsewhere, I cancelled the order within 10 minutes of placing the order, but they did not give the 4K refundable deposit back since they say 4K is the cancelation charge. I'm sure they wouldn't have even started processing the order within 10 minutes of placing the order, but they said they will not return the refundable deposit. Not sure how many people they are looting everyday with their cunning tactics. This is a totally unethical and fraud company. Book myforex holds your refund money when you return to india and sell your balance forex thro BMF. And no one helps. I have my money stuck and they are not even answering since 12 days when my refund will come, they have debited it from my forex cards and are holding my money.
