Is bookinstructor.co.uk Legit?

Bookinstructor.co.uk take all the hassle out of finding an instructor, booking theory tests, and ultimately booking the practical. I would give 5 stars if only they could pass my test for me, but obviously that's up to me 😁

I usually don't write reviews but such a terrible experience that I have to. I booked with Book instructor to find me an instructor and to change my test location as I'd just moved to Oxford. I already had my test booked since last year in Swindon.I sent an email asking to change test location, to which I didn't get a response, so I sent a different follow-up email.They told me they couldn't guarantee a date for me in the timeframe and so we agreed I would take my test in Swindon and they would issue me a partial refund which I was satisfied with. Only for me to check my phone the next day to see an email saying they had cancelled my test, and issuing an invoice to rebook. So I'm essentially in a worse situation than I was to begin with. They claimed this was because they hadn't seen the previous email trail where I had already agreed to do it in Swindon.I'm so upset because my theory test expires in December, meaning I will have to redo this and I have no test date now.Expensive for nothing. Don't use this service.** To clarify I did not "change my mind" as suggested in the reply. I asked to change my test location (essentially rescheduling) and was presented with two options via email (to cancel and rebook or to keep my original booking) and I chose the latter. I did not expect that my booking would be cancelled in the event of any need to reschedule in the first place.

Wasn’t happy with my driving instructor but book instructor were extremely helpful and sorted out the change over. Sarah responded quickly and kindly to my query.

Tina was very polite extremely helpful helped me fill in the on line form over the phone explained every thing clearly and slowly become I am a 65 year old who knows nothing about the internet

BookInstructor found me an instructor quickly, got us in touch and I began my lessons early. The only reason I'm not putting 5 stars is because I don't know how log it will take to get me a practical test.

I was kept updated all of the time whilst sorting out an instructor, the instructor was good, he was very clear on what I needed to do, feedback was given after each lesson

I encountered issues applying the deposit discount code and inquiring about the driving test date. Sarah, the admin, promptly helped me resolve the problem, and everything was quickly sorted out. This assistance was greatly appreciated me and the service are helpful.

Useless company. Very slow at booking tests, unable to find me an instructor for Hampshire. The instructor they assigned me for Berkshire was awful.I booked my own test myself manually at Salisbury, 9.07AM for 10Jan and the only thing that this company has done - is cancel this. I have paid them hundreds of pounds to ruin my plans. I have prepaid and booked a airbnb to be able to take this test. Stay away, awful awful company.

The driving instructor was very rude and unprofessional with communication. When requesting a refund it took ages to get my money back and no one could give me an answer as to why my refund hadn't arrived. Would not go with this company as they're quick to take your money but not to provide a good service

I think what you do is good I've personally not had an instructor or I was allocated 1 but wasn't quite ready as I lost my mother. But they have booked a driving test for me hopefully I'll get myself an instructor and go through on the test date. But my correspondence with book instructor has been quite pleasant just a pity I didn't get another instructor but unforseen circumstances

I thought I had wasted money by registering with book instructor, but I have to say that it is one of the best decisions I made this year. They are prompt in response to email and very dedicated to clients
